Had a little bit of a problem checking in but with a few other phone calls it got cleared up.
I can understand the person working there but did not have to jump thru hoops to get it cleared up but that's what had to be done.
But all in all super 8 motels are a great place to lay your head , so this was the only hang up I've had in several years staying at super 8's.

Uncomfortable beds, inedible breakfast, no water pressure….. I would be very reluctant to stay at this establishment again. Additionally the end cost is far more than advertised online. I feel certain there are far better accommodations in Orangeburg.

3 1/2 stars. This was fair for the price. $89 week night with our doggo. Easy check in with many food places within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly ($20) 7/10 on cleanliness. Really really low toity. Clean breakfast area with a bunch of hot and cold options. Overall, I would stay again.

After checking in I went to my room and gave it the once over. Room was not clean bath tub had cigarette burns, toilet was not secured into the base, bed had no fitted sheet on it and there were bugs in the coffee pot. I went down to the main desk and asked to either be moved rooms or have my room recleaned. The lady at the desk was new and did not know what to do. She told me that there was no one else there to clean the room and all other rooms were being either remodeled or already reserved. She did give me a fitted sheet. I went back to my room it had been a ruff day and the bed was not that bad. I figured a shower and then sleep. Went to the bathroom and soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were all used. Back to the front desk. She gave me all new stuff. Went back and hopped into the shower where there was a used wash rag that had been there for more then one day. I went back to the front desk again and stated I would like my money back and would move to another hotel. No Manager on property by the way. Went she got the manager on the phone he explained that I could not get my money back because I had used the things in the room. I was tired I went to bed. Breakfast was horrible and when I asked to get some water the host said this is what we have for breakfast and nothing else. Check was stupid and I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER stay there again.

Nasty motel. Dirty room reeked of pot. Lightbulbs very dim so you didn’t notice how bad it was. Lock on door broken so unable to lock door. TV didn’t work. Advertised as pet friendly but no place on Proprty to walk dog and hit us with a large fee for having a dog that was not advertised. We got there about midnight and very tired which is only reason we stayed. Manager Neil Patel was very unfriendly with no desire to help once he had my credit card. There must be better places nearby.

Reasonable price and pleasant employees. Very convenient to the restaurants and walking distance. Also, gas stations are even available in this area and it is in walking distance. You really don't have to go far to get these two things.

Crazy check in … room was nice …. Microwave would not spin…..Water drains slow and tastes weird …. Needs paint … check out at 5:30 am … guy was laying on a couch in the front window …. Super 8 locations are going down hill ….I stayed at better motel 6’s…

My husband and I had a great time here. The place was very clean and was near lots of places to get something to eat or go places. The staff was great also with checking in and out. The cleaning crew did a great job the next day.

Even though we weren't expecting much, what we got was worse than the expectation. Bathrooms are clean, but disgusting. Rooms are clean, but have an unrecognizable smell. Breakfast was not as described and truly had very little edible food. I would not stay there again.

This was by far the absolute worst hotel i have ever seen. Left over dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower. Someones dirty thong in the ice bucket and i cant even describe what was on the bed cover. I did not stay. I walked right out. Having said all this the girl susab at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.
