Room/bathroom had a smell. Did not use the refrigerator, however when we looked in it, there was hair. Bathroom also had strands of hair. Had to use Clorox wipe to clean just about every surface of our room! The couch was also filthy. There was food crumbs on trundle bed. We had to ask several times for new towels and toilet paper and the three nights we were there, they never empty the trash after we ask several times. e were told that because of COVID, they don't clean the rooms but that they would come in to bring new towels, toilet paper and empty trash. The never did any of these things. We had to literally go to the front desk ask get them ourselves!

Quick overnighter- 11:30 pm to 8:30 am. Staff with mask only covering mouth. Clean. Shower pressure poor and hot water not available for 10 minutes- have the faucet locked so the you cannot turn it all the way for hot. However, it heated up minimally by the time I was done so my spouse had a minimally warm shower. Disappointed in breakfast items as people who do not consume dairy, eggs, or meat. Only cold cereal offered was fruit loops. No oatmeal. Made do with thin slices of white bread toasted with peanut butter. Didn't see any hot water for tea. Could up their game with individual oatmeal packets, wheat bread, suitable cold cereal with oat or soy milk.

First I need to recognize one specific individual during our stay. That is GM Kendell Jackson who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was outgoing, friendly, m.p PM accommodating and a sincerely genuine individual. His co-workers all had good things to say about him. Thank you Kendell for a job well done.
Our room was clean & comfortable. Nice that the mini refrigerator also had a small freezer that could fit more than just a mini ice cube tray.
Our only disappointment with the room was the bathroom sink water pressure was barely more than a trickle.
For breakfast they were offering order ahead hot items which were available only on specific days and available in a "to go" box at a time of your choosing during their normal breakfast hours. However, the amount of scrambled eggs were approx 2 tablespoons & the turkey sausage was dried out, cold & rubbery. It appeared they were rationing the continental cold items with only a couple bagels and pastry items on display. No cold cereal, milk or fruit available to name a few.
Nice attempt but fell flat compared to the last 5 Springhill/Fairfield Inn & Suites we have stayed at in last 6 months for longer periods than 1 night.

Our family of 5 loves the Springhill brand because one room accommodates all of us. This location did not disappoint.

We did hit a snag and the first two rooms we were assigned were not up to par (one the deadbolt would not retract, the second one was not throughly serviced by housekeeping). Monique at the front desk was quick to resolve the issue and had a new room ready for us when we returned from dinner.

Our room was clean and cool, extra bedding was provided by the front desk in adherence with Covid policies. Tina at the front desk was helpful in securing the extra bedding and towels. She was very personable and engaging with the guests.

Staff was properly masked at all times, hand sanitizer stations were at every turn - elevators, lobby, gym, pool. The housekeeping staff even left a small pack of sanitizing wipes for guests in the room to sterilize hard surfaces. Nice touch!

Pool and gym were open with a limit of no more than 5 people at a time.

The hotel offered a hot breakfast, which is almost unheard of during the pandemic. The lady working the buffet, I believe her name was Faye, was quick to walk people through the proper way to keep the buffet sanitary, including asking parents to serve their small children. There was a really neat glove dispensing machine at the entry and all customers were made to wear them.

The real shining star of the staff was Nita! When we came down from our second unacceptable room she was quick to resolve the issue and get our stay moving in the right direction. Our children went for a swim and we asked Nita for towels - she was on it! She also checked the water temperature and offered to adjust it. She was a friendly face to all in the lobby bar.

Nita is a true asset to Marriott! It’s hard to find employees like her these days and her efforts should be recognized. She really went above and beyond to make our stay great.

As a Marriott Gold Elite member I have stayed at many Marriott properties and this by far greatly failed all our expectations in almost every category. My expectations for cleanliness especially during these times is high and that was not met at all. I had to bleach wipe just about every surface of our room and the bleach wipes turned black! The couch was so filthy that I would let me kids touch it. The shower handle fell off. The A/C unit started to create a huge puddle on the rug so we had to shut that off and roasted all night. To top it all off they put a family of 4 with two small children in the first room closest to the lobby (my bad for not saying no to this awful idea). However, they have the loudest bar tender until 10pm every night who clinks bottles and glasses, has a very loud voice and was louder than all the guests put together. When I went to the front desk the woman said well I can move you to the third floor. That was not what I needed at 10pm after cleaning and disinfecting the filthy room she gave us at 4:30. So after finally getting to sleep at 11 we were rudely woke. At at 5:30 by the breakfast team. Of course again this is their job but do not put people who are trying to sleep near the noisiest room in the place, especially when there areas hardly anyone here! The only positive to this property was the pool. My kids completely enjoyed the pool and that was about it. We will never stay at this property again.

This is a perfect facility to host a fitness retreat. The exercise equipment is state of the art, and the fitness center is open 24/7 with an adjacent year round indoor pool that is accessible early mornings. Personal trainers and fitness gurus can host events here due to the space and ratio of how many persons can be in the indoor pool and fitness center at the same time. If you are trying to lose weight or count calories, there are numerous adjacent restaurants including Ruby Tuesday that offer full balanced low calorie meals and a full salad bar at reasonable prices. Some of these restaurants are just a parking lot away. I spoke to Kela at the front reception area about having a bike rack at this location. This added amenity would also enhance fitness options for the business traveler or a family that wants to get daily recreation. Breakfast options also included anything from peanut butter, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, pancakes, an assortment of pastries, juices, etc. I would highly recommend the sedentary person, fitness enthusiast and the lay person wanting to lose about 10-20 pounds to stay here about 1-2 weeks to accomplish their fitness goals in a structured environment. It is very easy to establish a workout schedule at this location that allows you to workout 2-3 times a day, and eat restaurant prepared balanced low calorie meals to accomplish your weight loss goals. Kela also made the checkout process very smooth and offered me a receipt. You can also receive hotel receipts via email.

On our road trip we stopped at several Springhill suites and always had good experiences until this one. Don’t stay here. The room was dirty. It had not been swept. The couch was covered with food crumbs on the arms and the seats, as well as the ottoman. There were also food crumbs all over the floor around the desk area. Clearly, no sweeping was done and no one checked the room to make sure it was clean. We were very disappointed. Also, the stream of water coming out of the bathroom faucet was so small you could barely wash your hands in it. The shower door was loose at the bottom, and seemed like it could break off at any time, which could be very dangerous. The bathroom itself was clean, I’ll give them that and the front desk girl was extremely personable when we checked in late in the evening. We did not bother to report the room because it was late and we were tired. Also, I am not sure if this is a good neighborhood or not because the parking lot was lit up like a football field and all of the soap, shampoo and conditioner had been removed from the shower wall with just little bottles of toiletry left in place, which led me to believe they’ve had some vandalism. Don’t waste your money here.

This hotel did not meet what I would expect from a Marriott property.
I think with some changes it could be a better place to stay.
First was lack of cleanliness. Floors and elevator walls were dirty and the shower door had green and black algae on the bottom of the door.
Second, shower heads need to be replaced as they hardly have any water coming out, water pressure is poor.
Third: breakfast staff is rude and slow to refill the empty items. Waited for coffee to be refilled as there were maybe 15 people in the dining area, it was by no means busy. My husband asked if he could get himself a coffee before 6:30 and was told "No you have coffee in the room!" I understand it wasn't open yet but just be polite. Another family asked for cold quick items 5 minutes before opening, as their daughter had a game to get to, and was also rudely told no. Friendliness goes a long way.

No kidding! Brand new, super clean, spacious room, comfy bed, fluffy towels, fridge, microwave, big TV, couch, attentive staff, the works. For the Covid aware: protocols, limits on the pool and gym, masks and an outdoor bar area along with a big indoor space to work and drink, restaurants within walking distance. Best of all, reasonable price! Oh, and the barmaids are super friendly and can- do. You’ll be smiling behind your mask the whole time, and that’s rare.

As people who stay with Marriott exclusively. I would not stay at those property. First room we checked into hadn't seen a vacuum there was still food on the floor and large stains on the carpet along with on all the surfaces. Beds were not made properly looked as if bed wasn't changed. Went to the front desk to ask for another room and the front desk didn't seem shocked nor did the apologize. Room number too was not much better. Blood stains on the bedding stains again on every surface. Toilet paper holder was not attached and trash above the desk. When we arrive we should have know cleaning was not top priority. Lobby was dirty, hallways needed vacuuming if taking the stairs up to your rooms don't! The filth on the steps is unmatched looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years
