I am not one to give reviews. First of all before I give my review I would like to say the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They were friendly and check in was easy and no problem.

When we first got in our room it smelled musty. We turn the AC on and that seem to help. The room was fairly clean but there were many problems with the fixtures. The lampshades were dirty. And in the bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken, not fixed, and the paper was just sitting on the floor.

The worst part was the floor. We did not realize it at first but upon ironing and dropping some water on the floor we wiped it up and the towel was completely black from the dirt on the floor.

At that point we felt uncomfortable in the room because of the dirt. The price was great though and we decided not to complain but it was not a great stay. We did not even take showers there because we were afraid that the showers were not clean enough and might cause problems.

This hotel was a huge disappointment during our 3 nights stay at this hotel last week. We know that Covid has changed things (their excuse), but this is a list of our reasons for bad recommendation: (1) Room was not cleaned daily. The floors were filthy. We walked across the floor and stepped into the shower and the shower floor had black footprints. (2) Sheets were not changed or beds made. (3) If we wanted clean towels, we had to go to the office and get them ourselves. (4) We had to call the office to get a TV channel listing, not one in the room. (5) There was no rack to hang any clothes. (6) Breakfast was a brown bag with a bottle of water (first day juicy drink) fruit and crackers.

Room 132 smelt moldy. Pool has jets that are fun for kids but an nuicance for me. Very limited continent breakfasts. Coffee in room. Small fridge and microwave. Helpful staff. Not water for shower seemed like it took forever.

You can tell this is an old roadside hotel but our room was nicely updated, clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff with a great location for us. They had a pool with a nice splash pad for kids. We would happily stay here again.

The pictures Lie! Under construction and couldn’t access parking lot from the front entrance or side road. Only one way in! The room pictured are not the rooms here. Our room was ok - clean but the “updates” were not qualify construction.

To top it off there was a car in the parking lot that its alarm went off every 15-30 mins ALL night! I called the front desk 3 times complaining and was told they couldn’t find the room it belonged to and I could move rooms - at 2:30 in the morning!!

Horrible! The room smelled and was kind of dirty, but I am not that picky and it was the cheapest place. I spayed everything down with Lysol and was ok with it until the toilet seat was completely broke. It was not attached at all. I was in the room for 30 minutes. I called the desk to see if someone would come fix it. They said they could not. I then asked for a refund . They said they would give me a refund, but then only refunded me for one of the two nights I had planned to stay. Complete scam! I would never stay here again!!! Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more for something decent.

As soon as I checked in and looked around the property I didn't feel comfortable.
After I got to my room, I didn't even open by bags. The A/C cover was loose, I could see through the crack in the foor, the room looked dark and dingy. I went to the front desked and asked to be moved. The second room was worse. There was mildew on the lamp shade, the room was dark, there was mold in the refrigerator. This hotel was no where close to my standards. I check out and demamded the my company move me to another hotel. Which they did...

Going to Georgetown for softball and a group on us rented room as this hotel. I got there a day day early in lobby ceiling was leaking water hit me in head. Got to room there was dead roach at door the room stunk and was just trashy looking. Went to bathroom to fine no bathtub just showers and the floor of shower looked to not been clean it was dirty. I went to front and requested a refund, and called my softball family and told them to do the same. After being in phone with 3rd party booking I got a refund 2 hours later. Even my 8 year old child said when we walked in room please let’s not stay in this NASTY room.

The room was very dirty. As in VERY dirty. We were tired so we didn't go to the front desk to ask for another room. Tried to take the keys up to the front desk to check out and they had a BRB sign on the front office door at 8:30 am. Wow. Just wow.

A hot mess. Renovated rooms but poor workmanship with broken and missing items.

Room was really hot and humid.

Selection of breakfast items was pathetic. Really pathetic. An old banana, an old apple. You get the idea.
