The motel could use an upgrade in common areas and room decor but is a decent comfortable place to stay. The smell of industrial cleaner in the halls is a bit of a put off but perhaps it is overused with the current coronavirus situation. On a positive note, it was nice they offered fresh coffee and bagged take away breakfasts. Most places simply stopped offering any breakfast fare. Some of the staff a bit surly on yelling at guests to stay six feet away from each other (they were anyway). Ease up.

My wife and I stopped at this Comfort Inn while driving home from Florida. While a bit old and certainly not luxurious, it was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were pathetic. Fortunately, I had my own pillow with me! The heating/air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy. There was a more than adequate breakfast included with the room. Waffles, eggs & sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits, along with lots of cold options. Not a 5-Star experience, but certainly good enough for a night or two.

A nice place to stay when traveling I-95. Not great, not bad. Breakfast was good. We chose this place because they do not accept pets. Usually hotels that do not take pets are cleaner, which we found this to be the case. Our only issue was that others smoked right outside the front door. Everytime you go in and out the door, you got a face full of smoke. Another plus was that we felt like it was a safe area.

We were able to book one of the last rooms on Sat night for 5 people so the room was at a premium. The room was large and the couch area was separated by a door that was nice. However we found a large 2" dead bug next to our bed which Houskeeping shouldn't have missed. The beds were comfortable but the pillow case protectors had broken zippers and so we checked the bedding just in case. Finally breakfast was not normal Choice standards we arrived at breakfast 1 hour before it closed and it looked like it was 5 minutes before. The scrambled eggs left were hard. The grits were still uncooked in spots and when I used the butter it was rancid and I had to spit it out. The milk in the pitcher was warm. The cooler had 4 yogurts left, there were 3 pieces of regular toast and one someone had attempted to split and nothing else. The coffee seemed weak like someone used the grounds twice. The waffles seemed the only safe option. And right outside the dining area sat all the staff for break. My husband asked assistance and after a few moments she refilled the milk pitcher (still warm) and put more eggs on top of the old hard ones. Then sat back down. We stay at a lot of choice hotels and have earned our diamond the hard way, so please be wary when eating. If I was not so diligent our family could have been sick.

I came through with my family to stay a few nights because we are closing on a house in a nearby area and we noticed that this hotel did not practice very good social distancing measures. The floor was not even marked with 6 feet spaces for anyone to Stand on. After checking in and getting settled in our room I came back out to my vehicle to get some things and observed that  Some guests were just walking in and out ,One even had a bottle of beer in his hand seemed like construction workers or something but none of the guests wore any masks at all and when the man at the front desk asked one guest did he have a mask and that he needed to put it on, he simply said I didn’t have one and kept on walking. This made me feel very uncomfortable. We intended to be there for three nights instead we went ahead and stayed somewhere else for the other two nights. I wanted to bring this to your attention because of all the places we stayed so far this is the only one that seemed very not caring as far as procedures for the virus. The room did seem quite clean so I quickly made a late night food run and grabbed us something to eat because we were not coming back out until time to leave. That morning upon checking out there was a man standing up talking in between the two sneeze shield windows to the lady at the front desk so we decided to drop our key in the basket instead of say anything and just left.

Dear Guest, Your feedback shows that there was a complete breakdown with the stay which is really worrisome. This is not at all a regular feature of our hotel and something has gone wrong. We regret the inconveniences but will investigate and based on that will take all possible steps to prevent such an experience to any guest. Guest reviews are serious for us and thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Hotel Manager.

When we checked in, we got the surly person. The only thing she said to us was "what are you driving?"
Our room had a horrible odor, might have been some sort of adhesive/formaldehyde from new carpet.
Ancient thermostat mounted, in all places, BEHIND a door. The giant AC return was also mounted behind a door. *SMH*
Very poor network connectivity; our connection kept dropping again and again.
Absolutely FILTHY windows! The outside of our ground floor room was filled with spider webs and mildew.
Mildew/dirt in the shower.
Mildew in the sink.
Worst thing was that they cheaped out and used polyester sheets!

We were disappointed with this Comfort Inn. When we arrived it almost looked closed, no lights on outside. No way to park close to the elevator. The tv remote wouldn't work the sleep timer or closed captioning. The decor is brown brown brown and more brown. There was plenty of hot water for the shower but no nightlight for the bathroom or temperature control for the room. The bed was comfortable enough but everything felt kind of grungy. The bathroom door swings out into the entrance and wouldn't stay open which is weird. When asked about the tv sleep timer/closed captioning, we got a shrug. Breakfast was ok. And it cost more than the other 2 places we stayed. Only one regular restaurant in the area with a weird expensive menu so we got hot dogs at the gas station. Other places to eat were either closed or looked like loud bars and were farther away than we wanted to go. All in all, not a great experience.

This hotel had to be the worst hotel in my over 39 years of traveling for my job and/or leisure. Checked into the hotel at 3:30 pm, checked out at 8:15pm. My room reeked from the smell of mildew and who knows what else. The pungent odor was overwhelming. There was obviously lingering smell of second hand/old cigarette smoke. Since I’m not a smoker, the scent was pretty obvious. I was very underwhelmed by the uncleanliness of my room. I’m a Hilton Honors member, unfortunately all their hotels from North Carolina to Georgia were sold out. As a result I had to drive non-stop back to my home in Florida.
The staff however especially the hotel desk person was very nice and apologetic for my troubles.

Booked a two night stay for a quick golf trip. We arrived late Friday night and the check in was slooooooooowww! I was the only person on line and it took 20 minutes to check in. The room was relatively clean, no problem there but the walls are thin, you can hear noises in the hallway, in the next room etc. They have one snack machine which was out of order. would I stay there again? Probably not, the Holiday Inn is right across the parking lot where we ate dinner in their restaurant which was perfect!

This property has been around a while and there are newer properties nearby, but it is not a bad place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. It seems as if the older properties were built better than the newer properties. The breakfast buffet was typical with the eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. The desk clerk on second shift was a very nice lady. She is working while attending college while also raising an 11 year old son. Commendable!
