Friendly, accessible to Charleston, nice village shops & great grocery store! Worth the drive off beaten path. Gated but great amenities & well kept. Tennis faculty is nice har-tru. Even in bad weather there's tons of activities. Condo rental is fantastic and easy

My wife and I are coming for a week in Sept. We're not into golf or tennis, but we would like access to a pool. We're trying to decide if it's worth getting an Amenity Card... What else does the Amenity Card allow access to that we might use it?

What would be the cost for a on month rental, for Jan, Feb and/or March? Our 19 year-old grandson is stationed with the Air Force in Charleston. Would he be able to visit with us and would there be parking for him when he does?

Check vrbo or Pam Harrington reality for long term rental rates. Tennis club or high hammock will be the cheapest and Pelican Watch is beachfront and will be more expensive. All places will have outdoor parking space.
