I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at this property. While its an unbranded property in a small town, the standards are high. The cleanliness and quality of the furnishings and beddings was excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room's amenities, TV, microwave, fridge, etc. were clean and in good condition. The wi-fi was good and...

This property was clean and adequate with a great location. - Slightly over priced for the area. - The complimentary breakfast was minimal but had good coffee! - - I would use again when back to visit!

This hotel is always a clean safe bet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a nice breakfast in the morning and excellent wifi signal. The reservation process is easy and the check out process is also simple and without hassle.

Front desk manager was very rude and condescending immediatly upon arrival. She made it clear she was not interested in good service or hospitality and did not want to be there. Front desk clerk #2 talked about how they charge extra anytime there is any sort of "mess" at all (see other reviews about bogus charges). Front desk clerk #3...

My family and I stayed at Northern Lights Inn for a total of 5 night with two separate rooms. Everything seems to be going wonderful up until we checked out of the hotel, when we could believe the accusations that we were hearing!!!! The manager of the hotel charged us an extra fee over $130 dollars because she said that...

If it were not for the one big issue, I would have given 4 stars. We needed a suite so we had two separate rooms, which they had. It was a little tight trying to go room to room because of how close the doors came to the beds. The biggest problem was there was no AC in the 2nd...

Check in was good, rooms were clean, basic room. Breakfast was very basic. Only thing I would have to say in addition to others is that the price is quite high for being just a basic hotel, I pay that for ones with a lot of additional amenities.

My family and I stayed there 4 nights in July for a family reunion. Very friendly staff. Great rooms. The best hotel in Britton. Absolutely no stairs, which is wonderful for senior citizens. Adequate breakfast bar. Very clean, very secure, very nice for the area.

The rooms were very clean and the property was well-maintained. It looks relatively new. Beds were comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly. The breakfast was very minimal--two types of cereal, toast, coffee, and nothing else. The price was a bit high for a small, out-of-the-way farm town. And, this is very minor, but a bit more landscaping outside would be...

I found this hotel to be very clean and the beds to be very comfortable. The weekend I was there, it was quiet. Cereal and toast were the breakfast choices. This is not a facility with a hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
