This park is a hidden gem. It's a beautiful place to stop and rest as well as stay to break up a long journey. The facilities were very well kept and the staff was friendly. Will add to our list of places to stop again! The

Stayed here in October so campground was not crowded. Beautiful site backed up to the river. Our site was long but very narrow. There were many more that were wider. We chose this for the view as we were only staying overnight. Nice fishing dock and trail along river.

They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Clean well organized campground. Located on the Missouri River. Was windy for awhile but most areas along a river will have wind and it was not a bother. Have nice roomy camp sites with fire pits and picnic tables. They rent boats and canoes as well as pedal vehicles.

Was going to be just an overnight stop but decided that the downtown looked liked it would be fun to explore, so we stayed an extra day. It wasn't. Based on reviews I expected a site with a great view that we could relax and enjoy for the extra day. They only have a limited number of sites with sewer,...

Grumpysgal Some people you just can't please but we try our best to please all of our customers. Just wanted to set the record straight we don't lie to our customers! Please don't make accusations when you don't know all of the circumstances. There were plenty of other beautiful sites that you could have gone into but you chose this...

My spouse and I stayed at this campground for one night in our popup camper. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. The pull in site we used wasn't the prettiest but it served our purpose. Nice walkway along the river and a play area for children. Being road weary on our way to Montana, we were happy to stay here and...

Beautiful scenery private riverside camping spots feels like your out in the country but only minutes from everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Kayak and bike rentals on site. Check weather first due to windy nature. Loved the quaint town around the campground and the friendly locals.

A stop on our way to Wisconsin. Sure picked right. Called to make reservations and were told there was beef cookoff the evening we were to arrive, so we actually came in a day early to enjoy the day of the cook off. Gorgeous campground right on the Missouri River, lots if shade trees. Fun walking around to see all...

This turned out to be a beautiful one night stop off I-90. We made a reservation as we arrived at 8:30 pm. Just in time to watch sunset across river and take a short stroll along the shore. Woke up and went for swim at beach and then to see Akta Lakota museum down the road, which campground staff recommended....

This campsite was 10/10 from the moment we checked in. We had a warm welcome from the girl at the front desk who made us feel right at home. We stayed in one of the cabins along the river and it was very clean and cozy with a great view for an awesome price! I'd recommend this for outdoorsy travellers...
