i was pleasantly surprised with the stay i had there! The employees we met were all very congenial and quite proficient about their duties. The room i shared with family was immaculate and well appointed with mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker! The bathroom was quite roomy and the towels plush. i will definitely stay there again!

This was a very nice hotel and staff were very accommodating. Food was excellent....both breakfast buffet and dinner. Nice walk from hotel to Deadwood town. Enjoyed replay in saloon of Wild Bill Hickcock and also shoot-out in street. Recommend taking the guided tour of Deadwood.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The view from the 4th floor is very nice on the main street side. The breakfast in the morning is at par with an Embassy Suites breakfast. The hotel is still relatively new.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here and were very satisfied with our stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The mini fridge was handy and we loved the kuerig too. The only downside is the location but they offer a ride to the casino from the hotel part and , of course, if you want to...

We stayed at First Gold Hotel in Deadwood and would definitely stay there again. The rooms were small, but immaculately clean. The desk staff was friendly and check in went quickly. The breakfast buffet at their facility was excellent and quite reasonable.

This hotel was very clean and recently renovated. My room had new paint and new carpet. Bathroom needed minor cosmetic work but very very clean. The room also had a microwave and fridge with complimentary bottled water which was nice. The hotel has an odd layout with three different buildings which was confusing for some guests.

Our motel room was great - clean, roomy. But the Heater was so loud it kept me up most of the night. It clanged really loud. The casino was a little ways away from the rooms, but there was shuttle and it was extremely fast and very nice people. Breakfast was excellent. People are very friendly.
