Free internet is a bit of a misnomer. It is free when and where you can get it. The problem is it is very limited where you can get it. It is also incredibly slow when you do get it. You will also be kicked off periodically via timer because so many people want to use it but can't get...

We have visited the Black Hills numerous times. We found that the KOA lodge was very convenient to the major sites & the prices were overall reasonable when using an AARP rate. The staff were very friendly & were quick to respond if you needed something. Since our visit was after the Summer & off season, things were looking pretty...

Stayed 2 nights, 2 rooms. Had a balcony off rooms. Staff was friendly. Had a gift shop and pizza, ice cream, and other shops, as well as horseback riding on property. Nice restaurant on property with good food. Only 6 miles from Mt. Rushmore 1 way and Hill City the other. Kickass hot tub at the lodge. NO CELL SERVICE....

The pictures made this look much better than it was. Two queen beds in our cabin room which was like a strip of 4 cabins. We were #6 Room very small. Water yellowish brown so they had like tan towels instead of white. Room was comfortable enough and quiet but for the price I paid for the 1 night we...

This lodge is connected to a KOA campground. It has more than 1 swimming pool, a water slide, mini golf, a convenience store. a restaurant, a bar, a pizza and ice cream shop, a laundry mat, a coffee shop and horseback riding. There is an indoor jacuzzi in the basement. There is plenty of parking and it was very clean...

IF YOU NEED INTERNET/CELL SERVICE DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!! There is no cell phone service, anywhere on the grounds. Period. I walked the whole place in search of a bar on Verizon’s network with nothing. They also claim to have Internet, but it was down two of the four nights we stayed here and no one seemed that interested in fixing...

We stayed in the lodge part of the KOA. It was average. The room was fairly clean, but I noticed splashes of some substance high on the walls of the bathroom and questioned why housekeeping did not notice it. We stayed here three nights. One of the days we returned to our room around 4 PM to housekeeping still cleaning!...

We chose PG because of the kids activities and it was centrally located for parks, etc. We rented rustic mountain cabin #3. The cabin was acceptably clean with towels (you take to desk for fresh ones), full kitchen, comfy beds with fresh bedding. From the backside of the cabin were woods - we saw deer daily. We stayed only 4...

Stayed during Sturgis 75th anniversary 2015. The bad, the water was brown. No cell service, none, zero, nada, don't even think about it. Internet connection is poor at best. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. No house keeping. On site restaurant, very poor service. Party of eight, 4 people were done eating before I got my meal. Coming back next...
