Very vlean Hotel / Motel, in the small town of Platte South Dakota. The management was very nice and helpfull. We travel with a dog and were happy to see that this hotel was pet friendly. Breakfast at the office simple but sufficient. Excellent restaurant Pisseria next door , with and interesting formula. Very good Pizza.

we liked the people so much we made a second trip to Platte; on our return from the Black Hills. Do not let the 20 minute drive fro I90 deter you. We had released a monarch butterfly on the outbound trip. On our second trip the different desk lady knew all about us.We were releasing the last monarch in the...

We found this hotel on our way out to Sturgis, SD. All the other hotels along the interstate were booked due to Sturgis Bike Rally. Platte was a little off the main path but so worth it. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The town of Platte is very cute with extremely friendly locals. We...

My in-laws, husband, 5 year old son and I stayed here while on a week long pheasant hunting trip. This is an excellent family owned motel. The owners were very friendly and very accommodating. The owner went out of his way to make my mother in-law decaf coffee in the mornings. My son also enjoyed playing with their friendly dog,...

We stayed here one night on our way back home. I wish every mom and pop motel could be like this one. No frills. Just a clean quiet room. Conrad, the owner, was very accomodating. We did not expect the 40 plus flat screen tv in the room. When we arrived we opened the door to a fresh coat of...

We found this gem on our summer road trip after being "bumped" from a hotel in Sioux City that overbooked. We had to drive for hours to find a hotel anywhere nearby, and were very close to sleeping in the car. However, we found this place and snagged the last two rooms. We could not have been more thrilled! After...
