Of course you’ll always have negative comments from negative people, but you’re not staying in a luxury hotel that cost $200 a night! This place serves the purpose for a decent hotel at an affordable price!
Terrible hotel, dirty, soiled sheets, urine stains, piece of crap DO NOT STAY HERE! Go to exit 7 better hotels this hotel is total garbage. no wifi, no breakfast. no outlets, lightbulbs burnt out, toilet would not flush. had to stay outside co a phone a check in and out, floors not mopped.
Noise ALL night long - parties, conversations, music, televisions. Walls must be paper thin. Hotel manager was very nice and accommodating at check-in due to a botched on-line reservation (wrong weekend confirmed) She made things right as well as she could but from that point forward, the experience only went downhill.
Did not stay because of unsanitary conditions and was a smoking room when asked for a non smoking room. Filthy floor, bed linens smelled and stained. Everything was awful. Worst of all I have not been refunded. Was actually charged for 2 days and didn't even stay there. Have talked to the manager there for a refund. Still no refund!!!
If I could’ve rated it 0 I would’ve, literally doesn’t even deserve a 1. We reserved a room here for the Bristol all star race. We arrived and went to the concierge to check in. The front desk/breakfast room looked as if they were packing up to go somewhere. Due to Covid 19 the breakfast was probably shut down, but there were boxes everywhere. The lady at the desk was friendly, and told us about how they were basically booked up...because of this she had to put us in a smoking room (which we did NOT reserve and pay for). We were running late so we decided that was okay. We went to the room and were greeted with the strong odor of stale cigarettes. I thought “it’s okay I’ll just spray some perfume and it won’t be so bad”.....HAHA. We quickly started noticing that this looked like a hotel room they would use in a horror movie. The blankets/bed protectors were covered in burn holes and possible Small amts of dried blood. There was dirt and what looked like random debris coming from the A/C unit on the bed. The bed/floor/bathtub was COVERED in dog hair. The floors were filthy. The bathroom sink had an ash tray in it that had standing water and ashes. There was patches of paint that had been torn off the walls, the walls had black smudge marks everywhere. The toilet was actually the cleanest part, thank God because I had to use it. However, while I was using the bathroom there were fruit flies swarming me. When I was finished there were two dead inside the bowl! There was hair in the shower, also parts of the grout in the shower was black from not being cleaned. I was almost in tears by the time we left there. We came back from the race and immediately went to the front desk telling them that we would be leaving. The night shift guy didn’t even bother to raise his head to acknowledge us talking, so we just left. It cost around $70 to rent that room. We drove around 2 hours arriving to Pigeon Forge and rented a pristine room for $65. I honestly expected more from a Wyndham owned hotel. We will never never never even think to stay there again.…
