The facilities were adequate, having the grill on the deck was nice and have a kitchenette to cook was also a bonus. Now for the other parts, the place seemed to be in need of some TLC...paint was peeling on the outside of our $300 a night chalet...which was stated to sleep 6 but in reality slept 4...beds were very... The location is fantastic. The property changed hands this summer, but instead of improving the cabins, which is sorely needed, they are letting this beautiful property disintegrate. The houseboats are old and smelly, but we rented a two-tier pontoon, which was fine. Go to a different marina for a houseboat. You pay top dollar ($300 a night) for a small... More

The experience of a houseboat vacation gets 5 stars. The houseboat it's self gets 2 stars. We rented a 60' houseboat and while we had a wonderful time, there were many issues with the houseboat it's self. Better care and maintenance of the boat is expected when you are paying over a $1000 for rental. I have listed the following... More

We have been coming to Eagle Cove (EC) for 24 years. There were only 3 little cabins and a pink motel when we started going and.EC has grown to over 20 cabins, all clean, comfortable and nice. EC has been bought and sold numerous times, but the wonderful staff are what we have appreciated throughout the years. Everyone is so... More

From TN Hwy 111 the drive to the resort is full of curves. Go slow. The cabins have up to six bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with everything needed and the necessary baths per cabin. The cabins are clean and comfortable. We had a party of 24 with children and adults. Since we had two six bedroom cabins we asked... More

We rented to cabins, a 6 bedroom & a 2 bedroom for our family of 18! We were celebrating my dads 60th birthday and Father's Day! We rented a double decker pontoon with a slide on Saturday. We also rented a kayak to accompany the one we brought. It was very nice and peaceful! The pontoon was a bit run... More

We met the grandkids up at Dale Hollow Lake. We had two cabins. The cabins at Eagle Cove Resort are well appointed and have everything one needs for a week or weekend. Hot tub on the porch was very inviting. Gas grills also on the porch were used. One thing to consider is to bring all your food with you... More
