The Courtyard by Mariott in downtown Chattanooga, TN is a very nice with friendly staff. It is located very conveniently to the Aquarium, I-Max theater, hosts of restaurants and downtown shuttle. Actually, the shuttle is just outside and around the corner for pick-up inside a covered area. Parking for the downtown Courtyard Mariott is also convenient. The parking is enclosed...

We stayed here for NYE and was pleased with our stay. The only thing you would need to be prepared for is parking. The garage is around the corner it is best to check and leave your luggage. You can park then as it is a bit of a walk. The front desk couldn't have been more friendly or helpful...

It has super location, from the window you can see TN Aquarium and TN river. Hotel itself is very nice, clean and big and comfortable. The downtown Chattanooga is very pretty and safe. It is a good place for kids to spend sometime there. BTW, you will be charged parking fee, since it is downtown. Overall, I would love to...

I was in Chattanooga over the weekend with a bunch of friends and I loved this hotel. It had great views, good food in the little shop downstairs at breakfast (and Starbucks!), and met all our needs. We were able to enjoy the bar and lounge in the lobby with friends and slept amazingly, the beds were super comfy. It...

Stayed for a business trip. The public area were worn and need attention - immediately. The rooms were average. We really like Courtyards, but this one needs some work. The staff was average - not really what we've experienced at other Courtyards. I needed to use the Busines Center compters and the staff was not familiar and had to call...

Thank you very much for staying with us during your recent trip to Downtown Chattanooga. I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your accommodations. I do not disagree that we are in need of a "face lift". We are currently in the process of planning a renovation which will begin later this year. I am surprised...

Typical of many older Courtyard's, this one is in serious need of refurbishment. While the lobby is deceivingly nice, the room we paid for to stay and sleep in was rundown and in serious need of improvement. Our couch had a large smelly stain on it as did several parts of the carpet. Pricey hotel for what amounts to what...

I have stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in downtown Chattanooga or four years. In fact, I've stayed in the very same room each time, so I can tell you that it is time for some new décor. The king bed now sags, and the sheets were pitted either from poor quality or excessive laundry. I also have always preferred the...

We were visiting friends and family in Chattanooga for Thanksgiving. I've spent a lot of time in Chattanooga but have never stayed at the Courtyard downtown. I reserved a king suite because my son was traveling with us and the plan was for him to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. However, when I arrived for check-in...

We were looking for the perfect location to celebrate a combo trip for our anniversary and the Thanksgiving holiday and this hotel was just right! We've been to Chattanooga before, and we really like that town. The combination of location, service and value puts the downtown Courtyard as a must stay. The front desk staff were great! The people in...
