The Dwell Hotel is amazing on every level! First off, the design, it's like you've stepped back in time. So unique and gorgeous! If I lived in Chattanooga I'd be at the Matilda Midnight bar every night! Everyone there was so genuinely nice and helpful. Complimentary valet parking, breakfast is included (and this is no continental breakfast! It's a menu...

Katto Z, So happy to hear you enjoyed almost everything about your stay here. When making reservations it is always best to call the hotel if you have any questions, that way we can help you hand select the best room for you! The building next door is not ours, and we understand looking at a roof is not the...

I love the Dwell. For those of you accustomed to boutique hotels in big cities...Look out. This is a MUST stay. The decor is jaw dropping, the food is unbelievable, and the service second to none. Ask for L'Erin, she is a sweetheart. At the bar, try one of their cocktails...Their bartender is on point.

Simply the most delightful hotel stay in many moons, and I travel a LOT. Remarkably, I have no suggestions for improvement. Mattress and linens were luxurious- so much so that I'm purchasing the same locally-made mattress (Murmaid iCool) for my home. You simply cannot go wrong stating here. Did I mention the delicious breakfast?

The property is decorated with "retro modern" furnishings and the design and furnishings are interesting enough to be worthy of a stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and make the visit feel like coming home. Harrison was amazing and took the time to show us the short cut to to the restaurant which was going above and beyond....

The Dwell Hotel was a delightful surprise! Had read about it and decided to visit Chattanooga with friends - from the moment we got there with a warm greeting by the staff we felt relaxed and actually wanted to hang around at the hotel since it was so interesting. Sweet treats were a delightful surprise. The hotel and each guest room...

Our stay in the Pink Lady Room had only one problem, it wasn't long enough. The Dwell Hotel is the kind of place that you just don't want to leave. And I think it's the only place that I've ever been & not had house keeping trying to run me out nine in the morning. The Dwell Hotel staff leave...

We only stayed for one night, but it was probably the best hotel experience I ever had. We booked the palm springs room and it was huge with a fireplace, balcony, and a large bathroom with shower and separate bath. Everything is included, including tipping valet and brunch service but we still tipped anyway. The brunch was fantastic and you...

My wife and I spent a couple nights at The Dwell and the staff couldn't have made it any better. Such a cool decor also. Good food, great drinks and an awesome staff. Would go back again. Actually stayed in April 2017.

Funky/stylist/unique are just a few words I would use to describe The Dwell Hotel. It's in a great location in downtown Chattanooga...walking distance to restaurants and theaters. I've not yet had a chance to eat at Matilda Midnight (their restaurant) but will review it the first chance I get.
