Pour Customer action the elevator was rough . I had to get 2 room keys . Pool was not taken care off. My family has travelled to multiple states and service has been under pair . We would like to understand why they font supply customers with proper towels
Another worn Comfort Inn. This one had a dirty lobby, dirt trails on all the baseboards. The pick up area for food was dirty. The lobby furniture was worn and I didn't get to my room where there was puke on the mirror outside the bathroom, dirty carpets and worn bed linens. It is one thing to be worn, another to be dirty and not maintained.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here; comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable rates. We would stay here again if we return to Chattanooga. The hotel was convenient to downtown Chattanooga as well as several interstates close by which allowed easy access to local attractions.
We stopped and stayed for a couple of nights while visiting family. The rooms were nice and clean and pristine. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. However there was a small septic issue that the manager had to come and fix but he did so quickly and after normal business hours at that. So I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room for the night or week.
Room was dirty, toilet wouldn't flush, toilet seat broken. Apparently they ran out of the key cards so they gave us a metal key. No hand sanitizer in breakfast area. No paper towels and no one to help in breakfast area had to get front desk person to help us.
