The Read House was quite a wonderful experience. With the recent renovation, they have really captured the luscious and decadent vibe of the 1920s. The hotel is stunning and richly appointed. You really feel like you have stepped back in time when every hotel guest was treated

This is a beautiful hotel with ornate conference rooms. The suites were spacious, elegant and high-end bathrooms. Thanks for the wonderful food in the restaurant as well, which was served by Miss Iris. Thank you.

Wonderful renovation of a historic property. A classic property in a city on the move upward. Staff exceptionally trained, friendly and efficient. Bridgman's Chop House is very good food and again service impeccable. I grew up in Chattanooga, dined at the Read House in the 50's

There are different restaurants all around the area. Some are within walking distance. There is a trolley that runs most of the day to reach areas all the way down to the aquarium.

The pool is big enough to swim short laps. The pool is open from 6am to 11pm. It gets very crowded with kids after dinner.

we just booked a room. can we get s Redbridge?
Not at the Read House, but I did find a link to gluten-free beer outlets in Chattanooga. There are several craft breweries nearby (do a search) and there is no doubt one that has a gluten-free brew. The World of Beer closed last year, unfortunately. Lots of other choices however. Try to search on the web for: zahmap (enter a dot here) com/where-to-buy/gluten-free-beer

Are there any areas to walk pets nearby?
It's located in the city, so you will definitely need to bring something to clean up after your furry friend while on a great walk!
