I called the hotel around 7pm on 10 October. I spoke with a woman who quoted me a price of $86. I asked if she would like my card # to hold the room. She declined, saying “we have plenty of rooms. See you when you get here!” I arrived an hour later and the gentleman at the desk quoted me a price of $97. I advised him of the woman I spoke with an hour before who quoted $86. He stated “our rates update hourly”. The woman I spoke with them come out from an office area and said “I’m sorry. My bad!” I asked if they were going to give me the $86 rate I was quoted since I could’ve gotten that rate had she taken my card information when I offered it. I was told “sorry, we can’t change it!” Well CI&S, I can’t change my mind about your business tactics! Last time there for me! p.s. Courtyard by Marriott was more than happy to accommodate me AND mirror the price I was quoted by another hotel chain!…
Bad. Horrible. Dirty. They didn’t have anything that I asked for when I booked my room!!! The lady at the front desk didn’t know how to conduct business The room smelled like it wasn’t cleaned the shower was dirty
We come to Clarksville two days every month for business & have had a lot of bad Hotel experiences, until recently. I stumbled upon this hotel using Priceline & based on the price & location we decided to stay one night. We are now on our 4th stay & have even signed up for the reward program. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Clarksville. Great location, friendly staff, low prices, & clean.
This might of been the worst hotel I’ve stayed at! I don’t even know where to start, the fact that the entire floor smelled like mold and garbage or the actual garbage itself scattered throughout the halls and elevator. Then you get to the room and the air was completely off so it smelt like wet mildew and the carpet was wet! Then you go to the bathroom and there’s urine all over the toilet and floor, go to take a shower the shower faucet leaks and sprays water all over the ceiling flooding the entire bathroom as your showering. 2 out of 10 for me would not recommend!
No hot water in the shower the whole time!!! Desk clerk said we should’ve turned the tub tap on at least 29 minutes to get hot water!!! Ridiculous. Room, location was great except for the shower issue.
