We spent 2 night here after visiting gatlinburg. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff was friendly. We had a great private site in section B. $14 per night...nice bathrooms...but no showers.. We hiked to the falls....beautiful!....but a pretty steep hike..seemed longer than the 2.4...More

There isn't an owner for Cosby Campground, It is part of a national forest. There are campground hosts, but I don't think there are any sites available year round. The host that was there when I camped was kind and... More

There are no showers in any of the campgrounds in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There are many campgrounds outside the park you may shower for a fee.
