Second time going and was just as good as the first. Not a 10 star hotel but still very homey! Stayed for a week and definitely enjoyed the staff and the hospitality the whole time! Always will enjoy the great pancake dispenser and the variety for the breakfast! Who could be upset when there are warm chocolate chip cookies when you walk in!!! The elevator is the only thing I have ever and might always be concerned about but they are definitely there when you need something!!

This hotel is brand new. We where just passing through going to Pigeon Forge TN. The parking was awesome, The location was awesome, the check in was awesome, the room was awesome, the bed was awesome, the staff was awesome. The only thing was they didn't have a complimentary breakfast. They had a restaurant on site that offered a breakfast buffet but it was $12.95 per person for your typical hotel breakfast so we passed.

Our room and bed were great, affording a good night's sleep in a clean environment. We were surprised that the check-in clerk did not greet guests, but jumped immediately to "what's your last name?" A training opportunity, for sure. The breakfast at this property was also below this chain's usual offerings, causing us to question our decision to stay here instead of at the other place just a couple dollars more expensive. In the guest room, the cubby where the coffeemaker is placed is dark: There should be a light there to help guests navigate the coffee process. The ambient light from the overhead light doesn't shine into the cubby. Overall, the quality of the bed and the great AC mitigated other concerns, though they should be a concern of hotel management.

I think average is fair. Can’t say it is very good. Not the friendliest welcome but I can live with that. Room large. Good shower. Tv channels good. Two issues with my room 1) aircon unit was so loud. Did not come on until I was in bed so not easy to change room so switched it off but then the room got hot. No way can you sleep with that unit as it is 2) one of the two double beds had sheets that looked like they had been slept in before. No great issue as slept in the other bed. Breakfast was good.

We were at this Holiday Inn Express for three days while in town for family business. It's rather new and very clean and up to date. Masks are required, although not everyone was wearing one. The normal breakfast bar is replaced with carry away bags of cold foods. We did not eat breakfast here so I have no insights on the quality. The gym and pool are open regular hours.
Our room was a mini suite with seating and a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and included four pillows. The seating was a sort of sofa with a back on the side (something like a Victorian fainting couch) with a small table on wheels. The sofa could be used for reading, personal device use, or reading (it had a large light overhead) and was positioned for watching TV.
The decor is a sort of Ikea style that's vaguely European and that uses a lot of bright colors. There was plenty of light and lots of electrical plugs. The desk had a good desk light and a sort of task chair. It seemed about as appropriate for work as any desk in any average hotel these days. My wife used the desk for work on her laptop for some time and thought it was a comfortable and useful tool.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and did a great job. This includes the front desk and housekeeping staff. In fact this is one of the few times when I have had a house keeping staff member initiate conversation with me.
There was a Keurig style coffee pot in the room, although K cups were limited and I would suggest taking a few along if you use them. There was also a microwave and a good refrigerator with a working freezer.
The towels were plentiful and unusually large and the room was spotless. Although there were a couple of paper cups I would suggest taking along a couple of additional cups if you use them.
The hotel is directly off 40 on the way to Fairfield Glade. It's across the street from a Hardees and next to a McDonalds. Other restaurant choices are available near by as well.

Joe was awesome with the response time on emails I booked a group of rooms and he was very accommodating. Room was large plenty of area to spread out. Clean remodeled hotel housekeeping will not make bed if any personal belongings are on the bed which was fine but very nice of them to leave a note of why they didn’t make it. Recommend hotel

We were pleased with our recent stay at this Inn. We found everything to be very clean. Our suite was large enough and it is always convenient to have a sofa in a room for adequate seating. Even though it is close to an exit ramp on I 40 we heard very little highway noise. Our room also faced a woods and a little used parking area. It would have been nice to have two elevators in case the only one needs maintenance…it was squeaky. The breakfast choices were adequate though I felt that a few more tables were needed. One day, I had to take my meal to our room.

IHG Diamond Elite Member. Clean, comfortable and updated. The bedding was clean and the bed/pillows were so soft. Front desk recommended dinner at the Brass Lantern just down the street and it was outstanding! Even though we were on the side of the building nearest to I-40, it was very quiet and we heard no traffic. I'm so glad they are using these windows screens to filter out the dark, but it helps to buffer the noise and cold temps as well.

My room key kept deactivating and had no issue getting a replacement until yesterday (7/5/2023). The attendant scolded me, “ you guys need to stop putting them near cell phones and computers!”
First of all, there’s no “guys” because I have my own room, alone. My associate has his own.
Secondly, I kept my key in my pocket away from my tech gear after the multiple times the key stoped working.
I told her room 3.2.1 but the key didn’t work and I came back down for a new key. Turns out she made it for room 307. I slid the bad key on the counter towards her to reactivate and she scolded again, “ you don’t have to throw the key at me!”
I was stunned, “ I didn’t!” She raised an eyebrow and held a glare for a moment and finally gave me another key.
It’s Sunday morning and I’d love to explore but don’t want to deal with her again if my key were to get deactivated .
It’s my first and last time with this hotel chain.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights last week. The rooms are beautiful and clean.
The bed is very comfortable and I love the bedding.

The shower head felt so amazing!
Location is great!
My only suggestion would be for them to serve breakfast until 10:30 or 11 as a lot of hotels are doing now. They stop serving at 9:30 and that’s way too early.
Overall, this is a great place to stay!
