We were driving home and decided to stay here for the night. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We got our room and she told us about a restaurant nearby to get dinner. We went back to our room which was very nice. When it was getting close for us to go to bed, we could hear kids running back and forth down the hall. We finally contacted the front desk and they contacted whoever the kids belonged to and there was no more noise in the hall. Their breakfast in the morning was very good with a nice selection. Easy off, easy on the interstate.

Room was exceptionally clean, well maintained and nicely appointed. The bed very comfortable. The front desk staff extremely nice and helpful!! The only shortcoming was the weekend breakfast which could only be considered completely inadequate. The saving grace is the friendliness of the staff and convenience of its location.

The room looks nice if you can overlook the dead bugs on the window sill and in the light fixtures. There were quite a few bugs crawling around but they were just ladybugs. The light fixture on the desk didn’t work but, more importantly to me, the coffee insert into the coffee maker was the wrong size and didn’t fit - so no coffee. We decided that due to the presence of bugs we didn’t trust the breakfast. They offered us another room which had the same issues.

Please know that we work with a National Pest Control company that regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. I commend them for having a hot breakfast available. The variety of the hot dishes changed every day - omelets one day, scrambled eggs on another. While I understand that things have changed because of COVID-19, we were disappointed in the selection of breakfast items available during our recent stay in late June. the selection of other items was poor for someone trying to watch their weight. There wasn't any low fat yogurt or fresh fruit available on any of the 3 days we stayed. And their standard offering was to only do housekeeping every 3 days unless you request otherwise.

The bed was comfortable, nightstand on both sides of bed, nightlight on bathroom switch, full length mirror. You could hear the traffic from the highway but it was not terrible. Could use better lighting at vanity. We did have a minor mishap with the room supplies upon arriving in our room but the front desk corrected immediately and apologized. Not a big selection at breakfast but a few hot items. Worked well for a stop off on our way to Smoky Montains. Probably would try another hotel next time.

This was our 3rd visit to third motel. First was good, second was when they were doing repainting, etc so we gave them a pass for hallways condition and paint smell. This last visit, the room had dirt on floors, the complimentary mouthwash bottle seal was punctured and there was a used coffee single in the ice bucket. ( room #209). Lastly, stains on side of bed gave overall appearance of a poorly cleaned room. Will try other options next trip. I wish I had the photo of coffee single in ice bucket but it did not save

Overnight stay here while traveling. Immaculate room, and safe parking lot. Within 2 miles of Buc-ees which is always a plus! Desk staff very pleasant. Hot breakfast, typical fare for this sort of hotel. Pillows on the bed were perfect, need those at home

Location is perfect for access to all the best places Crossville has to offer. The room is spacious (King Suite) and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. The only complaint is the smell of smoking which is always common no matter the hotel.

We have stayed at this Comfort Suites twice and loved it both times. It is clean and the staff is friendly. They have wireless high speed internet which my husband likes. There is a small area like a living room with couch and chair. Also, a fridge and microwave. You will not be disappointed.
