We have camped here a few times. Last time was in 2019. We loved it there. It's a small campground with a common area for campfires and free wood. It felt like a friendly place. There was someone in the office from early morning until early evening. Often the owner would be outside visiting with campers. It was so nice here we cannot even remember if there was internet or TV reception.

This trip rarely is there someone in the office. There must be people looking out for others to approach the office. It would be great with if it occurred every time. 50% of the time for me. It's not a long walk from any site so that's not a big deal. Just a customer service thing to me.

The internet, which was reportedly updated according to the new owner, Pam, is unreliable at best. Very disappointing since it was promoted as a benefit of camping there.

Verizon phone service was 1 bar or less.

Dogs roamed freely.

Many of the pads at sites are cracked and uneven.

We are members of Coast to Coast. Additional charges for electric for 30 amp is $2.00 a day or $4.00 a day for 50 amp.

Quiet little circle of campers in a remote area about 20 minutes south of Crossville, TN. Full hookups . Pretty level back in sights only. Some seasonal, WIFI- kinda slow. Sweet owners . Would stay for a night again.

We stayed here one night in our 38' motorhome/toad as Passport America members (discounted rate). The office staff was helpful and courteous. We had no problems making reservations, but cash was required for payment.

This is a small (40+ sites) older park located between Nashville and Knoxville in a rural area several miles off of I-40. Sites are graveled back-in lots w/picnic table. Park offers full and partial hookups. Also have dump station, showers and laundry although we did not use and cannot verify status of these. All of our basic needs were met plus secure wi-fi. The CG info sheet mentioned a clubhouse but we didn't see anything that looked like one. The lake isn't on the property -- it is nearby and can be accessed by patrons for a fee. There is no camp store; there is a convenience store a few miles up the road.

The area was clean and most camping units appeared well cared for; a few older ones/stored units in the back. Very quiet. We had no technical problems during our brief stay. Water/electric and sewer all worked.

Biggest drawback for us was distance from the interstate...too far for an overnight stop. We had to go through Crossville's main thoroughfares, then back along several secondary roads. This CG is best suited for those who want to spend some quiet time away from it all and don't mind taking day trips to access activities, or perhaps sportsmen who come for the wildlife in the area.

we went to the park on 395 oak park circle crossville TN . The pictures are deceiving. first off we was suppose to have lot 41 But when we got there she had gave our lot to anoughter camper who had already been there a few months.he liked this spot when it came empty better then where he was. she put us in lot 42. next to them, we could not put our Awning out, the spot was to small to use our fire ring there was a big tree right in frount of our window that is what we saw every morning when drenking our coffee. We was looking forward to fishing lake Tansi But we nad to have a key to get in [She don't com into the office until 10:00am it is hot the fish don't bite] She leves the office at 5:00pm cant get the key after that it is just being to cool off so fish weii bite. to late to get key. I do not recommend this campground to anyone WE had it rented for 7 days we left after4 days we lost our money. But lesrned a good lesson

Manager was pleasant and helpful. Pretty site with gravel, but not very level and wedged between tree and power pedestal, so could not open awning or side bins. Also made sewer connection awkward, so we decided just to utilize the dump station upon departure. Space for dog walking, although some full-time residents' dogs were not leashed. Only one uni-sex bathhouse open due to painting - fair condition. Wifi was blocked by Class A parked next to antenna. No Verizon signal to speak of.

Basic run down amenities with no lake in sight. 20 minute drive to the nearest store. Not good at communication or very hospitable. Very much like a RV trailer park, not even a very nice one. There's much better places actually near water with better facilities.

Out of the way, on 2 lane road with occasional traffic, well forested and many shaded lots with good spacing. The owners are superb, with their humor, efforts to accommodate and great upkeep of the place. The rates are very nice. We payed $408 for a month, with full hook-up, including 50 amp electric. The facilities are very well kept. They keep a huge supply of firewood for the evening gathering, should you want. Not very busy while we were here, but the folks who stayed near us were friendly and chatty, if we wanted. WiFi is good, power is steady and trash receptacles are close by. Very quiet. Good base for touring the area. Will stay here again, if we return to the area.

My husband and I spent two weeks at this park. The sites are level, bathrooms very clean and the owners, Ron and Joan are fantastic. We enjoyed a covered dish meal with a fabulous musician playing guitar and singing. This is a very friendly place!

The location on the Cumberland Plateau is perfect for those who love the outdoors. Numerous State Parks are in the area that feature gorgeous waterfalls, hiking, fishing and golfing. It's only 15 minutes from Crossville with shopping, more golf courses and the fabulous Cumberland Playhouse. We also visited a nearby Mennonite Community and enjoyed the morning shopping, conversing and sharing a meal there.

We have already booked a return reservation!

This is a small but very clean RV Park. With us being Seniors we thoroughly enjoyed this RV Park. It is a little off the beaten path but what a beautiful area surrounding the RV Park. Not to far from the Lake and the city of Crossville. The owners are refurbishing the restroom and recreation areas but we had NO noise from their endeavors. All of our needs for FHU were met plus wi-fi. Very, very friendly Owner/Mangers (Ron & Joan). Great rates for Passport America and Coast To Coast (discounted rates). We stayed here three days/nights. We will definitely be back when we are in this area again.

stayed there for several months almost a year and the managers were the absolute best they made sure we had propane for heat and water when the pipes froze only because of lower than normal temps [last inter was terrible] and they were quick to repair them... but there hospitality was above expected...now there gone and the new owners i've heard from our friends that stayed after we moved into our apartment that the new managers were absolutely unreal...they have all moved to another park ...i would not recommend this park to anyone...on a scale of 1 to 10...i give it a 0

"NOTE: Lots are narrow and some are less level than others. Many trees, so watch out for limbs when backing in. It was a rainy day when we were there and there seemed to be a lot of mud and fallout from the trees (sounded like a hailstorm on our roof during the night)."
