I have stayed here 10 days a month for 6 months or more. The service continues to decline. Too many managers, too many employee changes, managers don't return calls. My room preferences aren't considered. I wish there was a better SPG offering close by.More

Registered online trying to catch a special got to the hotel and had to wait over 30 minutes for the special to supposedly upload so we can get into our room.
