Rented a camp sight to stay at while visiting family in Maryville. Place was very nice and clean. Quiet atmosphere. The Shower and Bathroom Buildings were very clean too. We will stay there again on our next visit.

We have stayed at Lotterdale twice. The grounds are clean as are the bath houses. There is a boat dock, swimming area (no pool), a few hiking trails, and some sporty things to do. We took kayaks and had a great time in the water. The woman at the camp store was very friendly and accomodating. My only complaint would be the bath houses. They are environmentally friendly, which is okay, but it makes taking a shower a chore. You have to push the button for water often. It would be quicker to shower if it would just stay on. Overall, we have enjoyed both of our stays and will likely go again.

This campground is very nice and quiet and located on the lake. There is a beach for swimming, dock for boats and fishing, swings, volleyball and basketball goal for kids. The bath houses are kept very clean. You also have to have a gate pass to enter the campground which is comforting.
Cons: There are not many sites available for weekenders as most are seasonal campers. We have stayed at the same site last 2 times we camped there. We have noticed that a lot of the hook-ups are not conveniently located on some sites. Overall, this is a nice campground and our Family has enjoyed camping there!

I booked 8days for vacation 2 months ahead in full. My husband just got out of hospital 2 days before trip. We tried it out 3 days, but had to leave bc he was hurting and unable to do anything. I tried 2 days to get ahold of someone, when I finally did I was told oh that was the wrong phone number. I asked the manager about if we could have the other 5 nights In credit to come back when he was better. I was told No!!!! She told me the people who she worked for wouldn't. I don't know about you but 5 nights is not pocket change. I will never go to any of these places!!

We had a vacation planned to Lotterdale campground for July 15-25. The campground has large sites, is extremely clean, beautifully landscaped, and has the best lake views you can imagine. Our site was right on the water, had plenty of room and was perfectly level. We also brought our ski boat and the Lotterdale boat slips were perfect! We have stayed at Lotterdale more than once and have always loved our time there. I was motivated to write this review to tell persons how wonderful the management of the campground is. We had reserved a 10 night stay and unfortunately had a family emergency after the 3rd night. We had to abandon our vacation and the managers at Lotterdale were so very nice and understanding. They refunded all the nights we had remaining and even let us remove our camper and boat many hours after the checkout time. Thanks so very much for being so kind to us - you guys are the best!

After having a horrible experience at a campground owned by the same company, I was hesitant to go but, we had a wonderful time and the Host Manager was wonderful, very friendly, and accommodating. Lots of shade. Bathrooms are clean. My only complaint would be that it is not full hookup but would stay again. Dog Friendly!

This RV park is awesome. Located along a river so you can fish or swim. Very popular with the locals here. We had a hard time getting back on time. The gate closes at 10 so you have to be back or walk in. I did love the security with that said. Very quiet with strict rules on noise so I had a great visit!

I dont know anything about the camper sites because we stayed at tent sites and it is a wonderful. The view was to die for. The tent sites don't have electricity or water but the view of the water is super relaxing

This is a great family friendly campground. My family of 6 camped here at a lakeside site. We were here for three nights, and had lots of fun and no issues. The only reason that I did not rate our stay as five stars is because there is no proper playground for children. The “beach” area is a nice protected swim area as well. Nearby is a nice grass area that would be ideal for a public park style playground area. That, I believe, would complete this campground package. As it is the “play area” for kids consists of a couple of sad swings, a tetherball, and volleyball court.
