Very large sites! More like a housing addition in a good way. Appears exclusive. Just beautiful grounds, pool, lake. WOW! Highly recommend as a “home base” as you tour Tennessee! Hubby was at a local Scout camp and I felt absolutely secure/safe staying here on my own! Honestly I can not say enough about this place!

It seems to be moving to a more seasonal clientelle instead of the road warriors. But the grounds are pristine, looks like some expansion going on . Our site was average. Yes they are a bit close together but we were here in the fall so it seems that most of the long term renters aren't coming out during the week. It is quiet as can be. I am sitting in the pavilion working. The pavilion has a magnificent fireplace that I have lit a fire in to take the bite out of the air at low 60degrees. Laundry facility and shower facility are clean and inviting. The walking paths aroun the grounds are GREAT!!! Rivalling some of the best state park/county park trails. I am very happy wiht our stay here while visiting my best friend who is local. The only two draw backs is the WIFI is horrible. A few well placed outdoor routers would be nice. I am in site B5 and can't use the WIFI for work (low bandwidth) due to low signal. There are some waterfront sites but it looks like those are permanent. For the price and amenities it is a nice place. We travel in a little 22' Coleman 17b so we aren't luxury hoards by far. But I am in LOVE with the pavilion for additional outside space. It has been raining alot during our stay so it is nice to still be outside while visiting and relaxing. And no dog park. This is becoming a standard at most RV resorts and absolutely necessary for road warriors that drive and the dog needs to run when they arrive. No running here. A dog park and WIFI upgrade and it would be a 5 star in my book.

My husband and I spent a few days here mid September. We were traveling with a 29 ft travel trailer and called for a last minute stay. They only had 5 spaces and only 1 where we could stay multiple nights.
The park itself was very nice and well maintained with great services. There are two marina docks and boats, floats and golf carts are available for rent at reasonable prices. Unlike many parks that offer a yearly lease, this one felt homey and welcoming for the traveler.
The space was a very basic, paved pad with full hook ups near the pool and pavilion. It was very clean and well maintained.
There are walking trails, paved and unpaved, which are nice with benches at intervals and a small beach. But for me, the highlight was the pool and pavilion area. Just fantastic, clean as it could be and very inviting. Be sure to have a sunset swim!

Very poor campground! Spaces are very close together and majority of the sites are residence or 2nd homes. Pool and marina area is nice but that is all. Tried to purchase ice and they were completely out. The gentlemen that I was speaking with was smoking while talking to me. Under the definition of a RV Resort, this does not meet the definition.

Love this place for a couple of nights (or longer)! The park is lovely, roads and sites are paved and level. Many sites have a view of the lake. There's a paved walking trail which winds around the park and along the lake. We were going to rent a boat or stand up paddle board(s) but we're so busy touring Knoxville and surrounding areas we didn't get to it. The pavilion is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunset or a cool breeze during the day. This is our second trip here and we'll be back again.
