The hotel is conveniently located near the main interstate and right behind a McDonalds. The room was dark and musty smelling. There were missing plug and electrical outlet faceplates. The carpet was badly stained. The room is way overdue for a renovation.

There have been a lot of well-deserved negative reviews about this Days Inn. The facility was not maintained very well. The owner was unfriendly. However, the motel is under new ownership as of June 1, 2022. The new owner has already had the exterior doors and trim painted. According to staff he follows up on repairs that are reported. He plans to gut all of the rooms to the walls and upgrade all of the furnishings. It appears that he is going to turn it into a modern, up-to-date facility.
We stayed one night and had a positive experience. The evening and day staff were friendly and helpful. Cory helped us with a problem with the room when we arrived.
Although dated and in need of some minor repairs and paint, our room was clean and comfortable. We will return in the future and hopefully be able to give it 5 stars!

The room was filthy with rotting food in the mini fridge. Surfaces of furniture sticky with debris all over them. Despite our request to have the room cleaned we returned to the same situation. Complained again but really how hard is it to wipe off the tops of furniture and remove things from the refrigerator after being told

My room smelled like mildew. Carpeting and baseboards in horrible condition. Breakfast is a joke.
It’s a motel not a hotel owned by a cheap franchisee who lost his affiliation with Wyndham for not meeting their requirements for a partnership.

We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a concert. It was well lit, quiet and the room was clean. The room did have several issues that were addressed with staff upon checkout, but didn’t hinder our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly. Ruby Tuesday, McDonald’s and a Mexican restaurant are all within walking distance. It was a good value as I had checked other hotels in the area. The breakfast could use a bit improvement. They had waffles, cereal, biscuits/gravy and packaged goods. Fruit or eggs would have been nice. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel through my Wyndham app and was pleased with the price and room. We were greeted in a friendly manner upon entering the office (4th of July). Our room was spacious (double bed) and had an overall clean appearance (no carpet!). We had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tv with several channels, and good Wi-Fi. Also had a hair dryer and ironing board which have not been available at most of the budget motels we have recently stayed at. There were a few flaws in walls, but the room did not appear to be in disrepair. Air worked great. Coffee was available at 6 am in the breakfast area. Breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, snack cakes and granola bars which is also typical of other budget hotels. Typically I focus on room size and cleanliness when reviewing hotels, but I will add that the pillows were soft and fluffy and the bed was comfortable (not as hard as others have been). We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Fresh blood on sheets, dead roaches on floors and lamp shade, no soap, strong smoke smell in non-smoking room. I left being promised a refund. Three days later, no refund.
I ended up staying at another Wyndham property - Super 8 in Farragut. Much better.

Traveling due to work. After check in I found the room dirty. Dog hair covered the bed and the pillow cases from the previous guest. It’s disgusting to not change the sheets in between stays. Housekeeping was horrible. Dirty floors and bathroom also the sink. We had to clean the hair and mess from both of them. No outlets to use for person use. Walls are to thin and the mattresses are the worst ever. Cheap paint and flooring is not much of a remodel.

As I spend more than 100 nights a year in budget class hotels, it impresses me enough when a property has reversed years of decline in a very short time.
The new owners efforts in the past 2 weeks are remarkable. I arrived very late 2 am and was greeted nicely, offered a very nice room on the second floor and a very decent breakfast.
The work they did shows what can happen when someone cares about their property as well as their customers.
