Beautiful location at the base of the mountain with views anyone would love. Convenient to Interstate 40 and only 35 miles to Knoxville. We offer rooms with one King bed or two Queen beds along with microfridge units, coffee pots, irons and boards in every room. Large outdoor pool open year round. Hot breakfast bar including biscuits and gravy, eggs, pastries, cereals, juice, bread and waffles. Business center in the lobby. 24 hour front desk.
If you are looking for cleanliness and a non-smoking room that does not smell like smoke, I would shy away from this choice. Carpet was dirty, Coffee maker & ice bucket/tray were dusty with apparent spills on them. There was no liner for the ice bucket and the cups were not individual wrapped. The bathroom counter felt like it had not been wiped down. The bed linens were clean, and the bed was comfy. However, the bedding had absorbed the cigarette smell a little. Our room was 108 and it was marked as a non-smoking room.

Very pleasant checkin experience. The staff was welcoming and told us to let her know if we needed any assistance. The parking was in the rear of the building; not really convenient, but not the end of the world. The sweet has an overpowering smell of mildew, making it unbearable to sleep there. We left after the first night.

Staff were civil but not friendly during check in, breakfast and check out. There appeared to be no staff uniform as they were dressed very casually.
The room smelled strongly of cleaning product unsuccessfully attempting to mask a bad odor.
There was no crib or pull out bed for our toddler but usually in this situation we call and one is provided. When we called, staff were abrupt, devoid of empathy and uninterested in finding a solution. “No, we do not [have anything”, and that was it.
WiFi was erratic and unreliable for my wife and I.
The mattresses were very comfortable.
Some of us were cold at night and there were no extra blankets.
The breakfast had a limited selection and it was a bit of a stretch to call it “hot” in the listing. The only hot things I could see were waffles, toast and microwaveable oats. There was also fruit (bananas, apples and mandarins), some cereal, mini bagels and some sweet cakes and donuts.
The reception area has a nice view and was well furnished.

We has two nights reserved at the Baymont to visit friends in the area. The outside of the buildings and lobby appeared rundown when we checked in. There was a paper plate with waffles thrown into the planter next to the stairs. A maid had to let us in because the key cards did not work. The room seemed okay but we noticed cigarette burn holes in the bedspread while we were dropping off our luggage. That seemed odd since it was a non-smoking hotel. It wasn't until we got back late that evening that we really noticed the complete lack of cleaning in the room. The desk was covered with spilled liquid and glass rings, there was dry toothpaste in the bottom of the sink, and there were spatters of an unidentified brown material on the towel rack above the toilet. It was definitely not rust and rubbed off with a wash cloth. See photos. If it hadn't been so late, we would have left immediately. Plus the room next to us was full of people partying, running around the balcony, and laughing and yelling. At midnight. Stay away if you value your health. This is run by Wyndham Harriman, as are the Travel Lodge and Days Inn and judging by their reviews, I think I will just avoid all Wyndhams from now on. Can't imagine how they would allow their name to be on such a flea bag motel. Go to the Comfort Inn in Harriman as we did for our second night.

The rooms are very gross 🤢 and there isn't no Continental breakfast as stated!!! The white lady that worked during the check in was a very rude individual!!! All of the other surrounding hotels were all booked due to the rodeo coming in so yes we were lucky to get the room so that we wouldn't have to stay in our park model camper with tornadoes headed our way, but the next time it happens and they are the only ones who has a room I will stay in my car before I stay here, not unless they do a complete turn around on everything!

We booked and paid through Wyndom online but when we arrived they demanded we pay almost double the rate we had already paid!!! When we balked, the clerk said we didn't have to stay "but good luck finding anything else"!!!! We did end up paying the extortion rate and staying as we had to be at our appointment in an hour. The room was sub-par at best. Take my advice, drive on down to the next town!

Had a reservation - paid for in advance - once there they said sorry we are full. They will not refund my money and don't respond to my calls. I think the most important part of making a confirmed reservation is to keep that reservation. I will never book there again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A good breakfast variety is offered including hot waffles. The Baymont is located close to the places we were visiting. We had one issue and it was taken care of immediately! The staff really cares about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable, and they did just that! We will be coming back to Harriman soon and will be staying at the Baymont. Great hospitality!

We’re a group of 4 women, all in our 50’s that ghost hunt. One of us (not me) made a reservation through the Wyndham site and pre-paid. Upon arrival, the desk clerk (the Travelodge & the Baymont are next door to each other with the same owner), told her they would NOT honor that price ($67) and jacked up the rate to over $100! And....he told her that he wouldn’t argue with her, but (I swear I am NOT lying!) “good luck” getting a room somewhere else”! Yes, this is illegal in the state of TN, but he didn’t care. We get to the room, and it’s horrible! Holes in the bed cover, hairs in the tub, broken furniture, you name it. We did take pictures, and the one that reserved the room is just going to take it up with corporate since he was so rude!
Yes, we checked for bed bugs, and we did not see any sign of them. But they had cockroaches. 😳

Is it the newest and best? No is it the most updated? No. I stayed in 211 my bed was very comfortable, my room was very clean. It was quiet and secure. The lady at check in was super sweet, told us about a great place to eat and she was just super kind. I would stay here again, it was affordable, clean, comfortable and secure.
