We stopped at this hotel driving through the area and it was just okay. we have stayed at many Choice Hotels while travelling and this one wasn't the worse but it wasn't the best either.. Some better cleaning and updating is needed.

We travel to Tri-Cities often. This is a great place for work and relaxation. The King Suite is very nice. It is a well maintained Inn. Very clean and nice decor. The front desk is more than helpful. Breakfast is always a plus.

Overall comfort is OK and noise level from the nearby interstate is acceptable. The floors look like someone tried to vacuum but it just didn't pick up the dirt. Even walking into the room after it had been cleaned the floors were dirty. There is a dead bug hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast is standard hotel fare and served... More

I am a truck driver and have stayed here several times, it is very clean and quiet, the rates for commercial drivers is very fair. The breakfast is fair, there are restaurants nearby but not necessarily within walking distance. This hotel is usually very busy so I suggest you make a reservation to assure you have a room.

Although this hotel was mostly clean and in good repair, I feel what was missing was some personality. Cheap furniture and employees who don't make eye contact or smile. Below average breakfast, but still good enough for a one night visit if you get a good rate(Don't come during race week).

We loved our suite..Plenty of room and the set up was perfect..Had our two grandchildren with us and with the two TVs and separate areas worked out great. Staff was great and informative about local places to go and see and where to eat. Breakfast was also a treat.

I usually stay at La Quinta because of their liberal pet policy, but I saw an "excellent" review of this property on Booking.com and decided to try it. I was informed that my two miniature dachshunds and I would be put in rooms reserved for people with dogs. I hate this policy and should have stayed in the La Quinta... More

While traveling from Beidgeport, WV to Nashville, TN we stopped to stay the night. We used a hotel coupon from the rest area. It was a Friday and we were able to secure the last non-smoking room. We were told that the room had two queens but to our dismay it had a King bed. We used a roll away... More

This Sleep Inn is the first I have stayed in in the choice hotel brand and it is a great option. After driving 12 hours with my dog we arrived here. The hotel is easy to access from the highway, it is clean and had plenty of grassy area to walk my dog. There are gas stations and food options... More

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times as we travel through this area. In fact, we prefer it to the Comfort Inn just a few miles away. I asked for (and was given) a suite so we had very room quarters with a king-size bed. The room was clean (the entire hotel always is) and the wifi... More
