I was doing a long drive across several states and ended up stopping in the area of this hotel. The reviews were good and so I decided to give the hotel a try. There happened to be a rate special that we were able to take advantage of. There were no issues with the room. It was comfortable enough for two people. We slept comfortably. We made use of the fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was ok. They did have a few different options which was appreciated. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There was sparking onsite. Overall it was a good stay especially for the price point.

Rooms were very clean large in size breakfast Had scrambled eggs slice ham and great waffles front staff great. Would recommend staying there to anyone. The beds are very comfortable in the pull out bed with a full queen that kids slept on With no problems

I am disabled and need a room on top floor that is quiet and accessible. Staff understands the law and accommodated very well. Very kind staff and the room was quiet as promised. Great place after a very long drive.

This is a great mid-priced hotel in west Knoxville. We experienced a seamless check-in and the clerk was very friendly and accomodating. We used our AARP card for an additional discount. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The mini-frig and microwave and extra storage were a plus. The free breakfast included eggs, bacon, and a host of cereals and pastries. My husband was a happy camper! We would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed here the night before a cardiac procedure at Parkwest Medical Center. The room was clean and comfortable, particularly liked the fact that the wall mounted A/C actually had a thermostat in the living room, and the property has an elevator. Much appreciated.

Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Thick towels. Buffet-type hot breakfast not available because of COVID restrictions but microwavable ham, cheese, & egg muffins were, and they were good. Yogurt and individually-packaged cereal and milk were available, plus the usual coffee and juices. Wi-fi was adequate. A nice place to stay.

We have family in the area so we have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, always with good experiences. But our most recent stay was really off.
On the plus side, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly. Our rooms were plenty large and, while clearly overdue for a renovation, everything worked properly. Despite being full, the rooms were incredibly quiet which made for a good night's sleep. Wifi was fast, but the connection was unreliable.
The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, as were all the common areas of the hotel. The workout rom had nice equipment, but the machines could use a little TLC.
Breakfast was well-stocked and had lots of hot and cold options. Greek yogurt was a plus... fresh berries and granola would have been even better!
Unfortunately, housekeeping was truly complaint-worthy. Both of our rooms had soiled sheets on the beds, one of our showers reeked of mildew, and the housekeepers themselves were rude and seemed genuinely offended when we said "hello." They also didn't bother to knock before letting themselves into the rooms.
To be fair, the manager did give us a discount on account of the dirty sheets, and it's my understanding that this particular hotel is due to be renovated soon. Even still, it's likely I'll choose another hotel next time I'm in the area.

Very nice hotel with easy access off 1-75. We were greeted by receptionist Vanessa who made check in efficient and easy. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax. The lobby and breakfast area were comfortable. The only complaint would be the unfriendly breakfast person.

We always book a hotel here in Farragut, on our way back from Florida as we make our way home to Ontario Canada. I booked this hotel, thinking it was the usual hotel we stay at.
The hotel we usually book is very close to the Comfort Suites in Farragut and it`s name also begins with the letter "C". But I made a mistake and booked the Comfort Suites.
Well it was a good mistake. We were pleased with the front desk staff, who were very pleasant. The clean room was well-appointed, and had everything most people would need. Comfy bed, fridge, microwave oven and wide-screen TV were some of the room amenities provided.
The continental breakfast area was well stocked. Kids in the pool seemed to be quite happy.
My only concern, there was a truck with a generator cycling on and off throughout the night, parked close to our room. That running motor affected my sleep, as I could hear it in our room. Maybe it was just me, being a little more aware of this distraction, where most people might overlook it. And perhaps, trucks parked close to the area of the hotel is an uncommon practice.
Because of the idling truck generator, I`ve set my rating at four stars, instead of five stars, which is what this hotel really deserves.

Hi from Knoxville! I do believe I remember you guys! I hated you were traveling into colder weather but was so happy you made your stop with us! You were with us on a very busy weekend as we had 2 sports groups with us. They were a great bunch of kids and happy to hear you didn't have any issues except for a idling truck. Yes, sometimes we do have refrigeration trucks that stay with us,not very often, as they are traveling and Knoxville always seems to be a good stopping place. If we know in advance, we try to be sure these trucks park away from guest's rooms. It's very possible since we were so busy, parking was limited. I do apologize for the noise. But I do sincerely appreciate the wonderful review and I hope we won you over for your next trip to Knoxville! Thank you and see you soon, Debbie Davis GM

Traveling home from our winter home had the pleasure of stay here. Excellent, extremely clean and causes. Room was very comfortable and clean, quiet and a restful night.
