I stayed here for a little over two weeks in August 2016 as I was waiting to move into my apartment in Knoxville. I was VERY IMPRESSED with this extended stay motel. It is in a great location, has all the amenities that anyone could want (spacious rooms, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, etc.). The staff I interacted with...

Stayed for a week while waiting to get into my new apartment. I was clean and the staff was really nice, the accommodated me well if I needed anything. There were some shady people that stayed here too, there were some drugs going in and out, but it was not too bad and they did not bother me at all....

was staying on a business trip for a week with my GF in tow and thought an extended stay hotel would be a good option. This place advertises new 42 inch flat panel TV but doesn't offer the basics you would expect staying at ANY hotel. Only weekly changes of bedding and towels. they don't even change out toilet paper....

I stayed here when I had moved to Knoxville in October of 2015. Right off the bat, the staff (Dina, who is the manager, and Jasmin, who was in training to be a manager) were very warm and friendly, and made check in an absolute breeze. The good things about this location are extremely plentiful: the location is right off...

Was only in town for a week but the room and location provided everything I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had no issues with noise at the hotel or around the area. I didn't stay in the room a lot, but would have been comfortable there if I would have. The staff was incredibly...

Spent a little over a week here while in town for business. The room was clean first and foremost, I changed to a Queen size room with sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and more than enough space. The ladies at the front desk were both extremely kind and helpful with any questions I had. Location...

This is a weekly place, meaning you pay for seven days whether you stay the entire week or not. It's perfect for someone coming in for a few days for a visit or tourists who are sightseeing all day. The pros are it was $270 for a week for a good size room, 42" TV, queen bed, spacious bathtub, full...
