The location of the hotel sits in the middle of downtown Knoxville. And they are working on the roads constantly in this area. So it is hard to get in and out and to the campus easily. Also there is no breakfast buffet. You have to pay full price for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The room we stayed in...

I stayed at this property last week. Convenient to UT-K and downtown Knoxville with clean rooms and friendly staff. I ordered room service twice and the food was good. I self parked, the garage is right beside the hotel. They do offer valet parking also.

Great place to stay in downtown Knoxville, conveniently located to Market Square. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first stay in a HOME2 property. I travel a lot and simply love this place. It feels like home. The kitchen is perfect, the lighting is wonderful, and the linens on the bed are the best I have ever experienced. I will stay here every time I come to Knoxville, about once a month!

Staff was super accommodating to our dog, who was sick and being seen at UT Vet School. They were really nice to him/us and made sure we had what we needed. There is a small patch of grass outside the hotel for dogs, which was helpful. Not much going on in downtown Knoxville though.

I have stayed in 3 Hilton's over the last 3 weeks. Everything is nice and clean, even though the bathroom is extremely small for a Hilton property. This is a fantastic hotel. It's centrally located in downtown - within walking distance to all the fun places in Knoxville. It's decorated beautifully with a very warm & welcoming lobby.
