After two long days of driving this room was like an oasis in the desert. Bed was very comfortable. The shower head was the best I've ever seen, including some top resorts in the Caribbean and the South. The room was quiet and there was free coffee in the lobby. Close to everything. Easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

Not worth the alleged savings. There was no breakfast as promised. The rooms were very old and the property in general was not very well taken care of. The only upside was that the staff was friendly.

This is a subsequent visit at this property, mostly based on the experience from the previous visit. The rooms are quite large for the price. The room had a king size bed with clean sheets. The bathroom was clean, with no dingy caulking in the corners, etc. I also liked the fact that the shower curtain did not sway in...

Dirty and old. Would never stay there again. Poor service. However. Allowed dogs at no charge. The only redeeming value. Poor service with woman at the front desk who continually answered The phone while checking in guests.

Might be OK if there were not so many Hookers working from this Location. Very undesirable individuals hanging around the parking lot. Had people working on their cars in the parking lot the entire weekend when we were there. Low Class Feeling being there.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, USE KNOXVILLE NORTH OR EAST LOCATIONS. know it's long, but you're going to want to read this before staying here: it was so bad, after trying TWO different rooms, we had to leave for another local Red Roof. Repeat, you do NOT want to stay here when the other Red Roofs are right down the street...

The place is really nice, clean and the staff is friendly. It is located close to a bus stop, for people who don't have a car and plus there are grocery stores, dinning places, gas stations and many other facilities around the area!

We stayed here for two nights. The manager who I talked with was very accommodating. He showed us a room. It was great! Wood floors in a pet friendly motel. Nice, clean, great breakfast. Great place to stay. Gave a four because in this heat the pool was out of commission. Hope you get it fixed soon.

My husband brought us (wife and 9month old) definitely wouldn't recommend if you are traveling with a small child. There were no ironing boards, no continental breakfast, and no porta cribs. We asked for more pillows and they said no but even another housekeeper said yes. When I went to take a shower the soap was half empty and had...

We had air conditioner issues. As soon as I brought it to the front desk attention we were helped. It was after midnight & we were found a new room. I was a little nervous when we arrived but was so happy we stayed a extra night. Love that red roof is pet friendly. If we ever go that way...
