You have probably noticed that there are not that many overnight options in Masaya. With all the great possibilities just down the road in Granda, it is understandable. If you do want to stay there, Casa Robleto is a really nice and comfortable option. The authentic colonial house is conveniently located about two blocks from the Central Park. With several...

We stayed here previously 3 times over the last 3 years and always loved this place. However, our 4th time there was this past January and a lot has changed. Sorry for the late posting. Anyway, it's the same owner as before, but previously the owners brother Frank managed the hotel. This time there was no one managing the hotel,...

If you can find this place, it's easy to miss, then its definitely worth staying in. Its a beautiful old colonial building with a lovely well kept garden and pool table. The rooms are pristine and cleaned every day, the bathroom even cleaner with fresh towels daily, hot water and free toiletries. The only downside is that if you don't...

We were fortunate in that when we got to Casa Robleto, the owner was there. She doesn't live there but Francesca runs it for her. The owner told us the history of the house, which was very interesting. This house, over 100 years old, has been in the same family. It is beautiful with a gorgeous courtyard in the middle....

Casa Robleto is a great choice in Masaya. It is a lovely house with a relaxing atmosphere. There is a delightful patio to relax in and a pool table as well, the rooms are spacious and very clean. What's more the breakfast is excellent and varied. The ladies who run the place are charming and helpful. It doesn't seem possible...

Casa Robleto is a beautiful place, tastefully decorated and spotless clean. My room was very spacious and the bathroom was right out of a luxury hotel. Casa Robleto's staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. They pamper their guests. I was sorry to leave.

I'm originally from Masaya, but left at 10 years old. Growing up in the states I've been to all sort bed and breakfast, hotels, etc. This place is an undiscovered gem, the feel and look of my grandparents home. I brought along my wife and two daughters for the first time ever and I want it them to feel how...

Of all the places we stayed in nicaragua, this was by far our favorite. A historic family home close to the artisan market, beautiful courtyard and rocking chairs to sit in the shade, cool tile floors. Our room was clean and miraculously cool (the fan was plenty for us) plus hot water in the shower!!! While close to one of...

My wife and I stayed in room 2 for a week. It was perfect for what we needed. The place was very clean and well maintained. Some interesting things though are that the cleaner ladies seemed kind of out of the loop as to what to say to us when we entered (she literally just showed us the key to...
