Easy to get to from dublin airport. Hotel room was comfy. Decor (as others have pointed out) is dated and in need of a touch up. Big negative is the noise. Anyone passing your room without the slightest care or consideration about others sleeping will (and did) wake you up. Breakfast was okay, but this is definitely not 4 star,...

I stayed in this hotel on the first weekend in December,I have to say I would not return again.I found the hotel very unfriendly very outdated and quite noisy. Our room was on the second floor and the rooms themselves are spotless clean but the decor is so outdated and the items in the room very shabby(wardrobes, lamp shades, carpet). The staff on reception...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for one night. First impressions were that the hotel room really needed to be painted, there were marks and stains on the walls. Not worthy of a four star rating..... Good location though.

As a tripadvisor contributor I general like to keep the reviews positive however My nephew recently had a birthday (10) so I decided to take him for a weekend in Dublin to see the sights & maybe instill a little Irish History into him! I picked my few attractions to pre pay i.e Kilmainham Jail, 1916 Bus Tour etc etc...

Myself and 8 friends stayed for 2 nights in November and couldn't fault the hotel. All the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The bar was pleasant with a menu that covered all our tastes. We found the nearby shopping centre 'The Square' convenient. All in all we were very happy with the staff and the hotel in general and...

The Plaza Hotel is a clean, modern hotel. My room was clean, comfortable. The bathroom was the same, with a shower/tub arrangement. Had breakfast one morning in the hotel dining room. It was self serve buffet style; had the full Irish breakfast. The food was delicious. One drawback is the loud music I assume was coming from the casino on...

Not a 4 star as advertised. Run down and shabby, but you get what you pay for. Photos make it look like a stand alone, really in a building with other business/offices. Our room was a lava lamp short of straight out of the 70's- CRT TV and futon. Bed broke (see attached photos). Fixed it the first night and...

The hotel has 4 stars on the website and on their details but this is NOT a 4 star hotel. I have stayed here several times. On the down side:-- Not a 4 star hotel. Traffic can wake you up and also the noise from the nightclub. The rooms are dated some have old style televisions others have small flat...

We stayed her last weekend for our friends christening. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely reception area and lobby we then spoke to a lady on reception who booked us in however informed us we had to pay a hundred euros in cash to pay as like a deposit for our room to ensure no damage. We...

Stayed overnight on business. Nice hotel, a bit dated in places. Staff were lovely, the room was large and clean. Tea / coffee, safe, iron in room. Drinks were very cheap, breakfast was fine, buffet --- I ordered scrambled eggs --- no problem. The downside was the noise from the traffic on the motorway outside. Traffic 24/7. Woke at 3am...
