The room was cold outdated. The first thing we wanted to do was order food to the room and have a bath to get ready for the evening. There was no menus in the room. I asked when we got are key could we get room service and could we charge it to are room. We had no crdt card...

It's definitely not 4* hotel but it wasn't so bad as we expected to be. And it was nice surprise. Before booking I read so many bad reviews about The Plaza hotel but we were "locked" into staying at the same hotel where my daughter-in-law had her birthday party in the restaurant next door. This turned out to be a good...

This hotel is definitely not four star but an average three star in my opinion. Check in was small but friendly gentleman greeted us. All areas require a makeover as ripped seats in restaurant, worn carpets, etc. has this hotel screaming out for attention. The restaurant was OK, service was slow and be cautious if dinner is in your package...

The hotel is situated in Tallaght, Dublin. The Luas takes 30 mins approx to get into the centre. The hotel is dated but has everything you need. Breakfast isn't the best but you can't complain for the price. Didn't try out any of the other food facilities. Good bar on site: Grumpy's bar - Cheep drink deals! Nightclub that is...

The hotel was warm and cosy, ideally situated with friendly staff. The only downer was paying one euro for water with a dash of lime. The hotel is very close to various shops and Tallaght shopping centre.

I stayed here with a friend for two nights from the 26th Nov. We got the tram (luas) from Dublin centre to Tallaght, when we got off the tram (luas) there wasn't any street signs to the hotel as it would have been easier to find. When we finally got to the hotel, the lobby was very clean with a...

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Dublin. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable, if a little dated and the bathroom was a good size and spotless. We did not spend a lot of money on theis hotel, so we have no complaints. The hotel is situated out of the city centre, although...

Just arrived here and have to say i am presently surprised. Really nice front of house staff. Room is spotless! Crisp clean bedding. Nice tea/coffee making facility. Really nice and clean bathroom. If your looking to stay here ignore the bad reviews, i was very skeptical about coming here but its lovely for the price.

The room are a bit old style with old furniture in it, but it's the only issue. Nice breakfast buffet, good WiFi, polite staff. It's a bit far from the center, but could be reached by tram. I can't say it's 4 star hotel, but it's a good 3 star hotel. Supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot, a playground's...

Where do I start?? Upon arrival to room 317 it felt like walking back in time! The room is decorated with old fashioned wallpaper and curtains. Very old stained furniture that didn't even match the room and not to mention the large filthy windows. The noise from the pub three floors below travelled straight into the room because the windows...
