Ann was absolutely amazing! My 2 friends and I were cycling the west coast and stayed at this B&B. We showed up after riding for 8 hours in the rain and the wind and were as wet inside as out. Ann welcomed us with open arms and warmed my heart and well as my body. Ann was so accommodating with...

This was a great B&B accommodation. The location as perfect and decor is well done. We were 3 cyclists doing the Wild Atlantic Coast. We had been riding in driving rain for approx 7 hours and were literally soaked. Ann was an incredible lady and welcomed us at the door to help us with our sopping gear and assisted in...

Beautiful home and rooms. Wonderful food. Our hostess, Ann was very personable and knowledgeable about restaurants within the area. This B&B is set back off the road with a lovely garden and was nice and quiet. Easily within walking distance of the small, quaint town. Loved the accommodations and would easily return.

We rolled in after dark on February 16th, very tired after driving all day. Ann was very welcoming and the room was warm and incredibly clean! The next morning a wonderful traditional Irish breakfast was prepared by Ann for us. I would recommend Sonas to anybody traveling in the Carna area!

Very friendly landlady, very comfortable bed in a spacious room with great en suite. Great breakfast, plenty of car parking spaces and in a great location for exploring the Connemara region. I was sorry to leave. One of my favourite guest house stays ever, anywhere !!!!

This B&B was one of our absolute favorites. It is a lovely setting within walking distance of the very small village of Carna. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The Hostess, Anne, was wonderful - warm, welcoming and available throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful!

We stayed here for a night during a cycling trip. Four of us arrived drenched out of a rainstorm. Ann was so kind, she took all our wet stuff, including completely saturated shoes, and dried them out for us. On arrival she gave us tea and home baked scones warm from the oven. We thought we were in heaven. The...

We wanted to stay in Carna, County Galway for a week and chose Sonas because it is a small, family run B&B. What a great choice and one we never regretted. Ann offers excellent hospitality and a great breakfast every day. As soon as we arrived we were shown to a clean and airy room, which offered everything we required....

My wife and I stayed here while doing a little bike tour in Ireland. Sonas had everything we needed after long day on the bikes: hot shower, hot tea and comfy bed. There are beautiful views from the room and the breakfast is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
