We stayed for two nights, and it should have been longer. The views from lodge are superb and the peace and quite is great. We walked on some stunning beaches in the area with few people on them. The food was great. It was a delight to be able to have such high quality evening meals in a small lodge.... More

Rossroe Lodge is immaculate. Wonderful breakfast with excellent local ingredients, including smoked fish from Ballyconeelly and preserves made by the host. Excellent bed with quality sheets, and the B&B is situated in an idyllic setting in Connemara. Look no further for a quiet and peaceful retreat. Just a very high standard.

Overlooking an inlet Rossroe has a great vista. Our hosts were welcoming. We were offered scones and coffee on our arrival. We were not clear until we paid our bill whether these were complimentary or not. In fact they were and it was a nice touch indeed. Our bedroom was excellent with a great shower. Rather than fiddly sachets of... More

The accommodations were first rate, the room and common sitting room were very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the walks near the lodge itself.
