OK for an overnight, but no great shakes. "Accessible" rooms are NOT accessible - they have regular bathtubs; walker or wheelchair can't fit around the bed. NO closet, bar or hangar for any kind of clothing. Nice Mexican restaurant with an entrance on the back side of the office. Had a mini-frig and microwave.

To start off with it was time to get off the road when I went to the office they said that they would prefer cash and wanted a $25 deposit that they said I would not get back for seven days when using my card ,that’s why they preferred cash .. and you should actually get a discount if everything is not working correctly ..and then while getting in the room the microwave knobs off the microwave the bathroom door has a hole in the wall because there’s no bump stop on the door the shower the head is so low it needs to be up higher more water comes out of the spout then it comes out of the showerhead . The remote control to the TV does not work properly either overall the room is clean but the thing about the $25 fee is ridiculous.. not to give it back for seven days on your visa is ridiculous to.

The hotel is just as you would expect for the type of hotel/motel that it is.
Old building design that has not changed since the 70's and showing it's age. Bathrooms need a total makeover. Double beds went out of style in hotels 15 yrs ago, and queen beds would be more suitable for couples. Old sink vanaties are too low for average height people.
Tome to spend some money and upgrade since there are other choices.

Room had dim lights, smelled of years of cigarette smoke, the bath fan was very loud (could not turn off), and there is a deposit that you won't get back. The hotel said the room was non-smoking, but had multiple ashtrays. The towels are small. The bath room was clean. The commode sat loose on the floor and moved when used.

We booked this on hotels.com for a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers as it was listed as having a spare cot available, and at check in last night we found out there is no actual plan for our 5th family member. The clerk offered us a spare pillow and blanket to sleep on the floor. Would not give us a refund or offer us a second room to make this situation right.
Hotels.com also refused to give us a refund even though their website CLEARLY states this room was able to accommodate a family of 5. I even had a screenshot of the website to prove it. Three calls to customer service unsuccessful: 2 downright hung up on me and one put me on hold for 45 minutes and ghosted me. And I was being very polite!
The hotel is cheap and conveniently located; however, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the non-smoking room we are in smells like cigarettes and moist dirty feet. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable, and the towels are thin, stiff and scratchy.

Here we go i booked a room here through trip advisor and went to the front desk and told them i had booked a room. After being asked for my id i promptly provided it the woman then told me i couldnt stay in there hotel because i had local id. Isnt that discrimination? Because i stay with my soon to be wife and we dont live together at a residence as of now i cant stay at days inn. The lady then said the reason why was because locals damage there rooms...i thought accomadations were for paying customers not your location you reside in. I will contact there corp. Office and let them know how rudely i was turned away although i had already paid and was willing to give a deposit but still wasnt good enough. Im so mad at the way people are stereotyped im furious hope you wont spend your hard earned money there

This is the most clean and comfortable Days Inn that I have stayed in over the last 5-10 years. Rooms are updated and furniture was in very good condition. The lobby and check in/out is great. There is Mexican restaurant that has very good food. You feel very safe in this hotel. Management is very concerned about guest safety and the value is outstanding!!

It was really a terrible experience staying for less than one night in this drity and inconvient hotel. It was really a terrible experience staying for less than one night in this dirty hotel. It is dirty, old, and smelly. I originally booked for 4 days, arrived after midnight, and checked in. The room was dirty, the cleaning stuff opened the door at 8:00 AM without even knocking. I wanted to cancel my booking and only pay for the night I stayed. The receptionist was impolite and didn’t want to refund my money for the other 3 nights, and didn’t even want to connect me with the hotel manager who was not on premises. I wasted a couple of hours on the phone between Wyndham customer care, Expedia, and Days Inn office. After a lot of wasted time, I was told by Expedia that the hotel was responsible for refunding my money and that the receptionist was lying. The following day, I went again to the hotel and they only refunded 2 nights not the 3 nights. I felt it was a rip off, very bad experience, very bad staff, and it was the worst experience I have had in any hotel. I advise not to go there unless they change the management and do some renovation.

My family stayed at the Days Inn for a few nights and then the owner charged us an additional $120 for one night because he claimed it was a football weekend. I called and pretended to be someone else and asked for a nightly rate for the same night, the owner quoted me $85 right after he charged my husband's card over $220. I called him on the price the next day and he was rude and denied giving me a cheaper quote over the phone. Do NOT stay at Days Inn unless you want to get ripped off!

The lady that checked us in was very rude and in a bad mood. She refused to swipe the credit card that i had provided through the internet booking, stating that the card was bad and i needed to provide her with another card. I asked her to swipe he card and she refused saying that she had been doing this for 10 years and the card was obviously no good. i provided her another card and she swiped it and it was good so, I asked her why she didn't swipe the other card and she told ne again that she had been doing this for 10 years and she didnt need my help and the card was no good. After that she went silent and put a room key on the counter and walked away. I asked her about the wifi code and she turned around and said , we dont ave wifi and turned back around and walked off.
