Accessible bathroom shower wall behind seat broke afraid to use it. Also the shower curtain should reach the floor to prevent flooding the room had to creat a towel dam. The window shades also half worked but got them to do what I needed. Very clean and comfortable room

I got here around 6am and the man that was working front desk was super polite and gave me a room next to an exit for my dog. The bed was nice to sleep in, the room smelt a little like pee and the separate bed had a stain. The shower pressure was great but the vent in the bathroom gave a bang sound every now and then and scared the crap out of me each time lol, the shower didn't have a mat and was a little slippery so if you have an elderly I’d advise to bring a mat with you. The pricing isn’t too bad considering having a pet, other than the few problems i’d say I had a great stay and would stay again. Oh and the pool location was kind of crazy but cool!

Pleasant place to stay for a couple of nights. We chose it because of pet-friendly advertisement, though we left our dog with our son in Louisville. Buffet breakfast was quite satisfactory; room was comfortable but a bit noisy, due to slamming of doors in our hallway; staff were courteous and friendly; price was reasonable. We'd stay there again, if in the area.

We stayed here with our family and the stay was nice and so was the hotel. The Mexican restaurant next to the hotel had the place smelling good but we didn't go there to eat. The breakfast here was good and the rooms were nice and clean. Nothing more I would ask for. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Most IHG hotel experiences I have are positive, this one is most definitely not one of those, and you're in for one outrageous description of what I experienced. And yes, there's photos. - What appeared to be dried feces in the room, on the carpet - Massive amounts of long and short hair on the bathroom floor - Dirty bathroom fixtures - What appears to be pubic hair in the bedsheets - Dirt, trash and food debris all over the room - Insects in the room including large amounts of cobwebs - Large amounts of razor sharp carpet staples on the floor - Broken fixtures, such as the room thermostat which was taped up - Stained telephone from previous guest spilling something on it - Hotel appliances broken...the icemaker wasn't working on the floor - Hotel manager shouted profanities at me when I left because of the room condition (Yes, you read that correctly) So I've stayed in 50-150 nights a year in IHG hotel rooms for nearly the last twenty years, this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I was in the middle of a 16 hour trip from Ohio to Florida when I stopped to use the restroom. The manager, probably hands-down the rudest and most unprofessional person I've met, refused use of the facilities unless I paid for a room. Not a huge deal, as I needed to stop and sleep during my trip anyway, so I decided to just book the room for the night. Huge mistake I found out when I discovered the horrifying conditions. I asked the manager to come up to the room to look at everything, but she refused. I took over 100 photos of the filth, then left the room. When I showed her the pictures at the front desk, she, infuriated, told me to ... "Kiss her white ***". Figure that one out. How an IHG property has a manager in the network that talks to guests like this is beyond me. In any case, you might want to pass on this one and find something cleaner with staff who aren't rude and angry. There's lots of hotels in the area.

Does not deserve a single star ! Called on 4/7/23 @ 8 pm to reserve a room for 4/8 am as we are traveling from Chicago area we would arrive after 4 am . Gentian said we would not be charged any fees just room rate at 135 plus tax . Arrived at 526 am checked in left at 803 am with a bill for 321.30 they charged us for 4/7 when we wasn't there! We wasn't even in Tennessee much less! Mr Charlie at front desk was very rude it was his way or the highway we was forced to pay over 150.00 for a night we wasn't there!!! He refused to be polite understanding etc !! We went to our room to pack up and call corp office IHG to make a formal complaint on false charges ! In the mean time within 15 minutes hotel house keeping barged thru the door with out knocking or presenting themselves before entry ! She claimed door was open as it was not it was shut repeatedly claiming it was open ! Save yourself the hassle and heartache of dealing with IHG and thier hotels Holiday Inn express as evidence proves they are in the wrong not one has reached out to resolve this issue ! For that price for a night I could have stayed in a much nicer respectable place and been treared like royalty! Once again 5 days later no phone call no resolution completely a very dishonest hotel to deal with !

Was "upgraded" to a suite which was actually a downgrade. This suite is on the first floor, facing the street right next to the main entrance. You can hear everything and everyone. Cold water in the shower. Toilet that barely flushes. The couch/room part that makes this a "suite" is useless. It's literally just a couch and table in there. No TV, nothing. Waste of space. The TV remote only works when you are quite literally 5" from the sensor on the TV. The AC worked good, at keeping the place cold, albeit it being a little noisier than usual. Overall, I think I would have been better off sleeping in the car.

There are a number of reasons that I cannot recommend this hotel. To start with, there was no luggage cart by the door when we came in late at night. The clerk said that he did not know where they were. I found one myself later in the second floor, an area he could have no doubt viewed with his cameras.
There was only one coffee pod in the room. We have a standing request for extra coffee in our IHG notes. There was also no coffee in the lobby when we awoke and we discovered that breakfast was over at 9. This in a hotel in a resort area on the weekend.
To make matters worse, we were asked to check out at 12, whereas we are usually given until 1 or 2 at IHG hotels, especially when redeeming a reward night (which we were). The hotel was full and the usual check out was at 11 AM. This was clearly some sort of Puritan version of following the rules, since housekeeping cannot possibly clean a full hotel in an hour (we were told it was because they could not clean the rooms in time). They could have at least offered to clean our room last, which would have clearly put us in the 2-3 PM range.
This is clearly a hotel for early risers and those who are willing to live with minimum service. Not recommended if you have other choices in the area.

Worst experience ever. The hotel has enough issues on its own but the Sunday night desk clerk named Chastity is a power mad, ego train. I’ve never been treated that way by anyone in the hospitality industry. I stay at IHG hotels 5 nights a week for more than 5 months a year. I’m a diamond member and spend tens of thousands of dollars at their brand every year. This nite clerk claimed to be the manager but she’s probably 20 years old. She was as rude and caustic as I’ve ever seen anywhere. She has no place in the public eye. I called corporate and they are following upon this but my plan is to become a Hilton Honors diamond member instead of IHG. If chastity represents their brand, I want no part of it.

We made three reservations and unlike some, they were ready when we arrived. One of the rooms I was assigned hadn’t been completed by housekeeping but the front desk was quick to assign me another room. All the staff was very polite and accommodating. Shower was hot and the a/c was cold…. Doesn’t get any better than that. Breakfast was above average as well.
