Pro's: This country setting is scenic and quiet. Easy to get to and circle drive to accommodate the largest of rigs. Pricing is average or better for facility with no amenities (299.00 plus electric). Our monthly electric for April was around $62.00. Perfect for one night stay too as they have many large pull thru sites. Not fussy about how many vehicles/boats/or even pets you may have. Most people here are staying while building or buying homes with a few guest who do work in the area with temporary construction projects. All RV sites are kept neat and clean. They do have extra storage if you are staying in the park. Office personnel and camp host are very kind and helpful. Restrooms and laundry facilities are spotless and always in working order. They do have some hiking trails and this location is in close proximity to Knoxville and Maryville TN.

Con's: Have to go to the office and sit outside to use internet. They do give you a booster to install, however, does not work with Mac (apple products). No swimming pool, clubhouse or pavilion, dog park or playground. But if you had these amenities the price would be double. This is not a Resort but a lovely place to stay.
My husband and I would definitely recommend this spot and will stay here again when in the area.

We stayed 3 nights at Lazy Acres. The campsite is very large with many full timers is all types of rigs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our host was in a space close by and was very nice and available. While crowded, we had a nice pull thru space that was clean and level. Close to the laundry room and showers. The laundry room was very clean. There was lots of room to walk the dogs or just take a walk. All the people we met there, full timers and travelers alike were friendly.

We were told German Shepherds were very welcome. That is until a full-time camper (older gal) said she was afraid of my daughter's shepherd. She was very rude to us. The office person took her word. We did nothing wrong. We were welcomed with open arms at first. We made double sure that the dogs were welcomed. We were there 4 months. But the lady never liked us. We made friends with others with friendly dogs. Although we were constantly barked at by most little dogs, ours never reacted. They are trained not to react. We obeyed the rules. No breeds were specified in the agreement.

There are no amenities. It's not a good place for children.

Park is poorly set up. Management is the worst. A older woman with apparent dementia is the park host, and owners are are crazy. Do not book thru this Rv site, you will be sorry. They will toss you from park even if you have reservation if they can make a dime more off someone else. They are Nuts!!!!!!!!!

This RV park is not right next to the mountains or any attractions but the price is right. For a lot less than the campgrounds in Maryville, Townsend, and Gatlinburg, you can stay in a nice quiet park that is within a reasonable driving distance from everything. Management is friendly, there is fishing nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Very quiet, peaceful and very reasonable in price. Stayed 2 weeks and was very nice and nice people. Not many things to do like some RV parks but did not need that. Just wanted a place to relax and quiet but clean. No kids so did not need the play park and the swimming pool.

Large sites and the management and host were really friendly and helpful. Loved the bathhouse, goat field and the quiet! There is black top to the sites then packed gravel where your RV sits. THere were fire rings at the sites I payed attention to. THey have concrete pads under the picnic tables.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS PLACE. Reservations cannot be managed appropriately as a professional business. Agreements are archaic at best and hold no value. Reservations regarding made you didn’t agree to and when you pay and reserve sites not available.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

If you dare speak up or question the accuracy of the arrangements, reservations or payment, the incompetent “Queen will and did call two MALE GOONS WHO BLOCKED EXIT, CHEST BUMPED “Assault” me, and threatened to call cops. No violence on my part and it. Hold have been worse for the GOONS. DO YOURSELF AND SOCIETY A FAVOR. STAY AWAY AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. DONT PAY FOR SERVICES IF YOU ARE NOT APPRECIATED AND RESPECTED CONTRACTS ARE VIOLATED!!!!!

THEY ARE TRULY THREATENING!!! I WOULD TESTIFY U DER OATH TO IT!!!! Stay away make them change.

We love this place. We stayed here for a month and a half while my husband worked a seasonal job. The owners are awesome people who will leave you alone as long as you abide by the safety rules (no speeding etc.). The lots are very spacious and we'll maintained. The people who stay here are so nice to get to know. Very pet friendly. The scenery in the area is just beautiful. It is only 5 minutes to Lenoir City which has everything you need. Only 15 miles from Knoxville or Maryville. Very quiet campground. We will definitely be back to visit this place again
