I live in the surrounding area and work locally. I had issues with my plumbing and A/C at home and needed to be at work the next day. The EconoLodge of Lenoir City provided what I needed, a really clean room with great a/c, a nice hot shower and the best firm but not too firm mattress for a great night’s sleep, all at a budget friendly price. They are #1 for all of the right reasons.
The owner/manager, family and hotel staff couldn’t be better hosts. All are friendly and welcoming and take such great pride in providing the weary traveler, with what they need.
Occasionally, I have taken my dog and the fee is more than reasonable. If you are a good and responsible pet parent, I recommend staying here. They have a designated area for walking your dog and provide scented waste disposal bags to make your job of cleaning up after Fido easier.
I recommend them and becoming a choice privileges member. I have stayed many times and have always been pleased.

Stayed one night, passing through. Had 2 small dogs and appreciated a room without carpet. The beds are really tall! My old 15 year old dog couldn’t jump that high. Any small dog wouldn’t be able to make that jump. Clean room, clean bathroom, clean beds. Mini frig was loud so we unplugged it for the night. Shower pressure was awesome and plenty of hot water. Morning staff on point. Thanks, we will make this a stop again.

The clerk I worked with at check-in was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and had an attitude that showed he genuinely cared, especially knowledgeable about restaurants in the area. This is an older style motel, with exterior doors, however it appears to have been well maintained and remodeled over the years. In the morning, they had a well-stocked continental breakfast. The clerk at the front desk in the morning was also friendly and knowledgeable, and assisted guests with the waffle iron.

I am a level 6 Trip Advisor reviewer and have to say that this establishment is one of the better hotels my wife and I have stayed.
We've spent time at Westins, Holiday Inns, Residence Inns, etc., but our 4 night stay here was exceptional.
The place is not fancy and does need some upgrades. But the rooms are emaculate and cleaned on a daily basis, including scrubbing the tub daily.
I thought that being so close the the interstate it would be noisy, not true.
We were in bed by 10:30 each night and didn't hear a sound all night.
Mr Patel gave us a King room and asked if we preferred carpet or vinyl. I told him that it didn't matter. He actually called the room within 30 minutes of our arrival to make sure we were happy with the room.
He gave us another blanket/pillow/towels upon request. It's obvious that this gentleman takes pride in his establishment.
Sometimes it's not the brick and mortar that makes a great hotel, it's the people who operate it.
I have already recommended this hotel to friends who are staying in the Knoxville area.
If you're traveling through the Lenoir City, TN area soon, plan on spending your nights here, you will not regret it.

This hotel is top of the line! The rooms were clean and beautiful with lots of room for the roll out bed with room to walk around. Howard Patel went above and beyond making waffles and making us feel welcome. Thank you so much I will be staying here when I travel to and from Florida.

this was our first time staying at Econo lodge and definitely the people who work here awesome. very friendly and polite and they will take care of your concerns right way. the manager who checked me in was there in the morning during breakfast talking to guests and making waffles for them. I have traveled over my bike so many times and stayed at motels but this was first for me. There was a towel on my bike for me to clean my bike with. This will be my place to stay whenever I am traveling on I-75.

Very convenient, great location, great people running operation, very clean I will definitely make this hotel my regular stuff from now on instead of Hampton. I'm in my late 50's and have worked in sales and customer service my entire life. I have been so saddened to watch the decline in customer service at most establishments these days. I stayed at this lodge with my family when the kids were small and had such a great experience that I planned my travels for vacation around one night here again. Mr Howard Patel is the long time manager here and is a breath of fresh air to this industry. Everyone at the desk is always so kind and friendly. They make sure that you have everything you might need. The rooms are squeaky clean, but my favorite part of this lodge is THE BED!!! Mr Howard has high quality fresh mattresses for a beautiful night of sleep. Breakfast is not always a given at EL's, but of course he puts out a wonderful spread of cereal, fruit, juice and coffee as well as a waffle maker and muffins!! There is something for everyone. I almost feel like a personal guest. It is just so refreshing to see someone take so much pride in all aspects of the motel, and in making everyone feel so welcome. It will not be my last visit to the Lenoir Econo Lodge!!

I have always avoided Econo Lodges for fear of getting a poor experience for the cheap price. After staying here, not only will I absolutely stay there the next time I am in the area but will cheerfully try others. The room was a little worn but was immaculate and spacious......the service was over the top special.

We stayed only 1 night after a long drive from Ontario! The clerk Wade was personable and kind. The room was clean and no smells. The shower head was powerful after a long drive massaging our aches away! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast crew were friendly and helpful.

We do offer coffee makers in our rooms and also have coffee available in our lobby 24 hours a day. Our pool is open from 8 am until 10 pm. We typically open the pool in May and close it in October depending on the weather conditions that year. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
