I was worried initially as I had read some reviews, which were not showing the place to be great.. I was quite worried to meet Mrs Monaghan but honestly she was nothing but nice. I forgot to bring a bottle of water so she gave me 2 bottles of nice cold Ballygowan for nothing. She was all smiles with my son...

On arrival, our first impressions of the hotel weren't great, as there were noisy renovation works going on on our floor when we checked in, and we had to negotiate our way around a cluttered hallway with our luggage to get to our room. The decor is quite old & dated throughout. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was...

We stayed in this hotel last weekend as we had a family occasion in Naas. The location of the hotel is great as it is just off the Main Street. There is a car park at the side of the hotel which was very handy for us as we could go off and leave our car there for the day...

Both the hotel and the owner are d and decrepit in my view. Junk lying under the stairs on the landings and outside our room. On arriving we were faced with the auld mrs Monaghan my wife went to check in when she was told that the booking we made on booking .com was not the correct price but £10...

A jug...

The reviews on here are most amusing and I'm having a chuckle to myself as I sit in reception (the only place to get a wifi connection) with a number of guests behind me eating dinner in complete silence except for the scrape of cutlery against crockery and Mrs Monaghan at her station glaring at me for having the audacity...

I stayed in this b&b for 2 nights and was very dissapointed with how the reception lady treats her customers. Really bad experiance. Never in my life have i seen a person who is supposed to work with people and welcome them in a hotel to be so uninterested. Other than that, breakfast is great, the crew serving breakfast is...

I was on a course in Naas and decided to check in due to a long journey home. I could not believe how rude the women behind the desk was. She literally looked at me like dirt while eating her dinner. I got to the room that was dark and damp and I went back down to get a refund...

After reading the reviews prior to stay last weekend I was very apprehensive. Couldn't be more wrong. Nice hotel, very hospitable and well looked after by Mrs Monaghan and her staff & a great bar man .
