Recently stayed for a single night, lovely location with friendly staff, rooms are very dated stepped back into the 70's really could do with some deco, bed awful, no duvet just an old cover and a blanket, no wifi, the bar area is great, and the bar meals were really good, breakfast was extremely dissappointing, no freash fruit, tinned fruit...

Calling in with family on the way home from Killarney and the place was busy. I can see why. The food is lovely... but by golly is it expensive. €7 for 3.5 breaded mushrooms. The staff are run off of their feet. Keep going to Foleys restaurant at the Pike in Rathkeale if on N21.

Stayed here in a damp room with damp sheets and woke up after 2 hours sleep because of the trafic on the main road all nite, with bites all over my arms and legs from bed mites, went to receptionist to complain and all she could do was snigger, would not recommend to stay here at all

The rooms are old and shabby. Our small double bed was dressed with a single duvet, in a double duvet cover, so half the bed was absolutely freezing. Everything needs painting and updating. Shower is very weak too.

We were in the hotel for a wedding. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We were staying over night and the room we were give was a disgrace. The room was tiny with a tiny bed, no bigger than a single bed for me and my partner. It was a bed between a single and double. I'm used to...

This Hotel is located on the main Limerick to Killarney road, a gret place to stop for food, or in my case a good place to stop for the night after a busy day. This is a three star commercial hotel, and although it looks pretty basic on the outside, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable, get a room...

Honestly, the best I can say for this hotel is that it is very clean and the bar/reception area is nicely decorated. Other than that, it looks like it hasn't been updated for years, especially the outside and the rooms. Our bath was peeling off at the side showing dirt and grime, and our bedroom looked like a dated hostel...

Lovely hotel but the rooms need updating so badly, they have blankets on the beds, need to get duvets in all rooms. Receptionist Teresa was just so nice and helpful. Had room beside the function room which was cold and very noisy, could not sleep until disco had finished at 3.45am. Great when we had booked in with a child....
