An older world hotel with friendly staff and close to the centre. We were upgraded to a four poster room which was huge! My only complaint was there was a black silt like substance coming from the bath taps! Towels changed everyday. Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend.

walked past this hotel on several visits to Jersey, but made the decision to stop this time, we were not disappointed, a lovely quirky hotel, not the most up to date but spotlessly clean and welcoming. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely- excellent sausages (many hotels get these so wrong) plenty of choice...

Good staffs, good location and excellent service. Walkable from Bus station, there are shops nearby. Food is costly, but tasty. Not much options for food. Overall I would recommend for sure. Not an modern hotel, but looks beautiful inside

We were all pleasantly surprised at just how lovely the hotel was for the price we had paid it was such fantastic value. The hotel is a little tired but makes up for this by...

Nice hotel very friendly for time of year. Bedroom satisfactory with coffee and tea facility's. Bathroom clean and fresh towels each day. Room went cold at night as radiator not working but when asked warm blankets and electric fire arrived. Had breakfast second day and was very nice and great value. Would visit defiantly again.

We stayed in this hotel for the 2nd year. Love it, quirky every room is different so you don't know which one you will get. Breakfast is fantastic as are the bar meals. Lovely pool area which was such a surprise when we saw it. The barman Tony is great, funny and entertaining. Easy to get around jersey from here,...
