We attended this 17th century coaching house on a three day Spring break as a deal we saw and bought on impulse. We were not disappointed. The hotel is not hidden within the depths of St Helier but is on the edge of town nearest the airport and very easy to find! There is a very convenient multi-story carpark right...

The best thing about this place is the staff. They are the most attentive and friendly I have come across. Nothing was too much trouble and they made you feel very valued. The food was delicious. The rooms were very reasonable, they are starting to look a bit tired but this didn't detract from the comfort. We stayed for 3...

Very welcoming and friendly. Our concern about the mattress in our room was addressed immediately. We dined in the candlelight restaurant in our first night. Food and service faultless. An excellent breakfast every morning - do try the full fat Jersey yogurt- delicious. Had one every day

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. I travelled with my Nan for her 80th birthday and she was extremely well looked after during our 5 day stay. The rooms were all you could need for a holiday away with hot water at all times and comfortable marshmallow beds. The breakfast was...

We visited 16 April for 3 nights as 2 couples in our 50's. This was our first time in Jersey and we were pleasantly surprised. We took the no.15 bus from the airport (as recommended by a member on this forum) which was £2 and sat upstairs to enjoy the view. My first impressions were I felt like I'd stepped...

Although situated in a slightly down at heel locality and with our particular room in need of a decor update, this hotel proved to be perfect as a base for exploring! Transfer from airport was £2 each way and took 20 mins. Candlelight restaurant daily special menu at £22.50 per head for three courses offered delightfully tasty and beautifully presented...

A delightful hotel situated about 200 yards from the sea front and less than 10 minutes from the centre of St Helier (walking that is). The standard of the hotel is way above the three star rating which has probably been awarded because it has no lift. There is a warmth about the hotel which you experience as soon as...
