My upgraded room only has been serviced once this week, my admin staff had to call the hotel to change towels and sheets, the room hasn't been vacuumed since I moved in 10 days go, the bar is permanently closed, On my return to the hotel from work I found my room left unlocked

Returned yesterday from a weekend break, Maggie couldn't have been any more pleasant to my daughter (5). Room adequate, breakfast freshly cooked and good. Would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff
