We have stayed here before but in a different room, this time we styed in 21, what a great room, very comfortable with plenty of space. The dinner bed and breakfast deal was very good value for money, all the staff very friendly and helpful, the lady on reception when we stayed was such fun and great to speak to....

We visited this mainly fish restaurant and had a wonderful meal and wonderful views. I started with some Brixham Crab, so tasty, My partner had the fish soup an equally flavoursome starter. I decided to have a seafood medley ay £19.99 and my partner a chunky monkfish course, both as good as they can get. We drank an Albarino Lolo...

I am reviewing this hotel under the guise of a seaside hotel as that is what it is and not a 5* Hilton or something as some reviewers expect the world when only paying for 3*. The staff in this place could not be more helpful or friendly .. right from the very first receptionist we were made to feel...

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and given directions to the car park after being handed the key to our room. We had an extremely comfortable room overlooking the pretty harbour which had all the usual facilities. The room was well maintained and the standard of cleaning very high. We were served an excellent breakfast in the dining room...

The staff made us immediately very welcome after a longer journey than planned. The restaurant cooked up some of that day's catch down at the harbour and it was delicious. Our room was clean, comfortable and warm with welcoming note and fully working appliances and well-stocked tea and coffee making facilities. Proximity to local tourist attractions (Dartmouth, Kingswear, Greenway, steam...

We went to his so called Hotel after booking through Travelzoo. I say so-called because it is more of a glorified B&B. It appears quaint but the more you experience the QH you realise more how pretentious it really. Beginning with our initial impression, the friendliness mentioned In other reviews was not our experience. Perhaps it was a bad day....

Old hotel built around fisherman's cottages. Warm welcome having picked up parking permit for the car park which is 350m further up the hill. Room 5 ok, shower ok also but not a lot of headroom. Quite a lot of noise came with the sea view but that was to be expected. Very handy for the Old Markethouse restaurant which...
