An excellent little B&B used for accomodation when attending a wedding locally. Very friendly staff, efficient in handling enquiries and helpful. The room although small was very sweet and clean. Perfect for a weekend break. Breakfast was amazing and the atmosphere in the pub itself was great.

The Ring O'Bells is in the centre of Chagford on the road through this charming small town. If you've never been before make sure you visit the 2 village general stores. you won't believe the range of goods they sell for such a small place. The range of other shops was also incredible for a town of this size. Our... More

Centrally located traditional pub in lovely small town. Comfortable, quiet and very clean room, quite compact, and good breakfast. Relaxing place with friendly people. Good value, would definitely stay again.

I've read the other reviews and honestly wonder if we stayed in the same place.....this review refers to the Twin bedded room 3. Firstly Chagford is a vibrant Dartmoor town with several pubs and hotels, the Ring O' Bells is centrally located right opposite the 'Pepperpot' so you are never more than five or six minutes, if that, from anything.... We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a great evening meal at the pub. Staff were friendly and room was very comfortable and clean. A good base for walks and exploring this area of Dartmoor. Village amenities good and Exeter only 30 minutes away.

This was the perfect place to stay for two days on a weekend visit to Plymouth and the Moors. It was lovely and peaceful yet there was a lovely feel of the old village life that once was. Everyone was friendly and the food very good, Rooms extremely comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Parking was quite restricted although... More

Stopped over for one night on our way to Cornwall. Really friendly staff. Room was a good size, with a lovely comfy bed (feather mattress topper). Fluffy towelling robes in the bathroom. A great selection on the tea tray including a tin of biscuits. We ate dinner there, which was excellent. A good regular menu and some fab specials. Breakfast... More
