Bar manager is rude and obnoxious and not keen on kids. Landlady is a lush, and doesn't like children and can flare up in front of them. We have been made to feel unbelievably unwelcome several times with our very decent, supervised 18month toddler. Really...More

Traditional Country Pub. Comfortable bedroom with thoughtful extras. Very good breakfast. Great pub dog! Dinner OK but nothing special. Great local atmosphere in the friendly bar. Superb location in the village square. Definitely a good place to stay.

Bike security not ideal in alley at side of inn but gate locked. Being a Saturday evening, live music in bar until 11:30 pm. Meal filling and adequate/average. Breakfast excellent. Beer choice very good.

Ring O'Bells is a nice location for visiting Dartmoor. It is located in the North of the National park in a friendly village. We had a well equiped very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good and the friendly staff made us feel at home.

Dogs are more than welcome throughout. Best to call beforehand with larger dogs as we can recommend the best room.

Dogs are more than welcome in the accommodation. Please provide your own bedding etc. Please call and ask beforehand as we can recommend which room would be best if you have larger dogs.
