Stayed for one night.Nice big room with tea and coffee making facilities, we had a shared bathroom but it was fine and a large size. Good traditional English breakfast. Located near to the town centre and railway station. Free parking.

We stayed for one night at the weekend. It was very welcoming, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good - good options and great service. Overall it was nice and I would recommend it to others but it is not my kind of place, just down to personal taste.

I work a lot in Devon and Somerset and have stayed in many guest houses and small hotels. Sometimes you come across one that is ideal and I can't give this a high enough rating. Spacious comfortable room, breakfast to die for and wonderful hosts. A brisk walk into town and all amenities. Very nice indeed.

Me and my partner wanted a weekend away and as we don't drive, we had to use public transport. We traveled from Bridgwater (in Somerset) on the train, to Dawlish. The BnB was a little walk from the station but we walked along the seafront and it was really beautiful! When we got there we had a very warm welcome...

A double room was originally booked for £35ppp night (high season), we were given a family room at the front of the B&B which was spacious and roomy whist sharing a bathroom with one other person. The B&B had a homely feel, Val...

What a lovely stay in a comfortable family run B&B. We stayed at Sea Lawn for 5 nights and weren't disappointed! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, great location with fantastic hosts! Highly recommended! A good price for a marvellous mini break. Off street parking, sea views and beautiful Victorian house.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few nights. Val and Gerry, the owners, were very friendly and immediately helped us to feel right at home and continued to be helpful throughout our stay. It is only 15 minutes walk away from the train station and very convenient. It is located in between Dawlish beach and Dawlish Warren...
