We highly recommend this LaQuinta Inn in Louden, TN. Our 2022 SUV began acting up and became undrivable on I-75 as we were commuting from Michigan to Florida.. Luckily we managed to putter into the LaQuinta parking lot and secure two of the last rooms available. We were exhausted and frazzled and greeted and welcomed by a kind receptionist. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a good night's sleep before kicking it into high gear the next morning! We had a hot, tasty breakfast with something to like for the three of us. Tyler, morning front desk associate, helped with recommendations for towing and a cab into Alcoa, the nearest Hyundai dealership. Due to it being a Saturday, we were fortunate to time all the moving parts to arrive to pick up a rental car in Alcoa before closing at 12:00. We appreciate Tyler and his team for the welcome, calming and relaxing experience. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe, reliable plan. Thank you!

Thank you Scott and Tyler! Hands down the most personable and professional hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They went so far above and beyond customer service to take care of me during my stay that I’ll be reaching out to their GM to thank them for taking such excellent care of their customers. The hotel is nice and bright and new, rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfast was yummy as well. Five stars all the way!

We stopped after 10:00 p.m. on the way to Florida. Good clean rooms. Great bed and pillows. Had a hoagie that we could heat in the microwave. The room we stayed in was on the third flood and we didn't hear a peep from others or from traffic. It is off the main road and when we got there the road wasn't busy so can't say if there would be noise during the day. The price is a little higher than we normally pay but at 10:00 p.m. I didn't care.
Can not say about breakfast as we left at 3:30 a.m.
Would stay again.

Please take note of my experience during my recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hotel in Loudon, TN. I was disappointed with the poor maintenance of the facilities and the inconsistency in the policies and room charges. As a frequent traveler, I booked a king-size room for two adults and two dogs with a maximum pet fee of $75 per stay. However, I was charged $830.67, which was unexpected as I was unaware of the different daily rates. Also, the difference of pet charging $150 for two dogs was not mentioned to me or any other hotel guest who just paid a maximum of $50 per stay days/nights. As a result, I felt that I was misled and overcharged. The hotel manager verbally changed the policy, telling me that the $75.00 maximum stay is for each dog even though I called corporate, and they confirmed that it is a $75 maximum per stay regardless of the number of pets. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all your guests.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. We do welcome our furry friends however we do charge a pet fee for each pet per night. The rates also are based on occupancy and can vary day to day. Thank you for staying with us and again apologize for the issues you incurred during your stay.

Made reservation 2 months prior due to a handicap person in a wheelchair. Was given rooms on the second floor. This is a fire hazard. Staff could care less about my specific needs that was made clear in my direct phone reservation to the hotel 2 months prior. Very loud, vulgar person in the room next to us. We could hear him very clearly and it was disgusting. This lasted until midnight. We have been returning customers over the years to this particular hotel, and after this stay we will not return in the future.

Lobby absolutely reeked of some sort of air freshener, not sure what is was covering up, but the solution to smells is to clean, not flower over. The room had chicken bones on the floor behind the bed, ceiling had obviously had water damage, as the paint was flaking in the bathroom. Top sheet was stained. Breakfast? Wouldn’t know, could t stand being in the lobby area long enough to pick food, coffee wasn’t great. Pretty expensive for what we got…

We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has been a nice stop for us. Room and bathroom are large but could use a more comfortable side chair or loveseat/sofa for readers. Breakfast is the staple of LaQuinta…nothing extraordinary but holds us over until later in the day.

The noise. Oh man. To be fair, I probably made a mistake by requesting first floor, but I barely got any sleep because it sounded like everyone in the hotel was right in our room. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but I have never experienced noise this bad.
Now onto the good - and there’s a ton of it! The hotel is super clean, staff was friendly, helpful, always smiling. Our room was very nice, beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Absolutely zero complaints about the hotel itself.
We had our two small dogs with us, and there’s a nice sidewalk with grass surrounding the entire building, perfect for a little walk. Could use more trash cans - even better if there was a designated dog waste can - but overall worked out great for the dogs.
I hate to give this less than 5 stars, but I feel like the purpose of a hotel like this is to sleep, and I got none of that, so I had to knock a star. Otherwise, great place.

The hotel was very clean and there was no worries about COVID. Staff all wore mask and were constantly cleaning common areas. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. My grandchildren loves making their own waffles. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms and comfortable beds. However it is my opinion that the owner is trying to save money by not employing someone with the knowledge to take care of a pool and hot tub. The water issues cannot be solved by dumping massive quantities of Chlorine in to try and sanitize them. The bleach is so heavy in the air it burns the eyes The room is humid and you can't stay long. After getting out of the water your skin will smell strongly of bleach. This method also destroys the pool equipment as well. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional to fix that problem and your feedback will improve as well.
